ITDC Lucknow Offers B.Sc Program By CUET Exam

I had a great experience at this ITDC Lucknow; I have learnt a lot of things here. The most fascinating thing about my College is its infrastructure and the beautiful garden it has. And I personally like the science lab as it has all the necessary facilities and equipment required. Only the chemistry lab requires a little attention regarding the ventilation as it gets really hot during summers. Canteen food is nice. Overall I have learnt a lot and had great experiences at this College. Gentry are good.

I am pursuing B.Sc. In this College, students have to maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible to appear for the exams. And this attendance criterion is strictly adhered to, so the students must ensure to have the minimum requisite attendance. The admission process is quite simple as forms are available in both online as well as offline modes. To get admission here, you have to give CUET exam which is conducted by NTA. And, for the exams we have 2 internal exams and one semester end exam.

The fee structure is quite decent and affordable as per the courses according to me. For my course, the annual fee was Rs. 21,000/- year with an additional charge of Rs. 100/- for the library card and Rs. 2000/- for security money (which is charged one at the start of the year). The fee for different students differs in accordance with their percentage scores.

Faculty members are helpful, supportive and good at their subjects. Interesting projects are given to improve your skills. The faculty of Chemistry, Zoology and Botany department assign us with topics upon which we have to give presentations. Also, we have to make handwritten practical file along with various assignments which help us develop our skills in one or the other way and also push us to gain an in-depth understanding of varied topics. The faculty members also take viva from the topics given to assess the theoretical knowledge of the students. The teachers are quite friendly and supportive as they motivate us from time to time and help us in our academics as well.

The frontier infrastructure of ITDC Lucknow is quite fascinating. And an interesting fact about it is that, each pillar in it has been given an interesting meaning to it. Cafe area is amazing. There is a canteen, sports ground which facilitate various sport activities like badminton, basketball, cricket, and kabaddi. The College has a spacious library too which has latest collection of books, magazines and newspapers. There are also various CCTVs installed to ensure the safety of girls, yet there is scope of installing more CCTVs for increased safety of the students.

My campus life at this College has been good. There are several interesting clubs. I was a part of their theater club. We won many prizes. The annual fest of the College is called ‘AURA’, which has been celebrated in our College over the years. It’s celebrated for 3 days. At this fest, we have various Inter-College competitions for activities like fashion show, dance, singing, skit, nukkad natak, and many more, where the winners are awarded with trophy and prize money. We also have exhibitions. Overall I had a great experience.
