At RIMSR Mumbai, scholarships to Minorities and EWS category students

Choosing RIMSR Mumbai over all the other Institutes was simple. I chose this Institute because of its experienced faculty members. My experience at this Institute has been very good. The peers are very supportive when it comes to academics and extracurricular activities. Some events also helped in our overall development. Every student who is up for the challenge of Presenting themselves in front of Industry professionals gets the opportunity to connect and enhance their network before steeping into the corporate world. The rules are equal for both male and female students.

I am currently enrolled for Masters in Management Studies & Marketing. I have also appointed as a Class Representative. We have a total of 8 core subjects such as Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Sales Management, Consumer Buying Behavior, Corporate Strategy, Brand Management, Project Management, Retail Management, etc. There are two exams held in one semester such as internal mid-term exams and external exams. The certificates are provided for the electives. For admission, the students need to score at least 60% in their HSC and the admission process is quite simple. The lecture scheduling and academic planning is done in advance to ensure smooth leaning.

The Fee of my course is Rs. 2,70,000/- per year. The scholarships are given to the minorities and EWS category students.

The Faculty of RIMSR Mumbai is good. Prof. Cyrus Gonda who teaches Corporate Strategy is a qualified member of the International Society of Individuals with genius level IQ, Prof. Debabrata Sengupta who professes Marketing Strategy has over 22 years of experience in corporate and has been at the highest positions in the Telecom Industry in India, and Prof. Bhaskar Sinha is an IIT & IIM Pass out and has his expertise in Risk & Portfolio Management. All these are some of the faculties who have a decade of experience with them. The methods of teaching are PPTs, etc. The faculty provides us real world experiences. You will not feel exhausted during the class because the classes are that interactive.

Yes, the Institute has an active placement cell. The cell helps communicate and network with companies to come on campus and offer jobs. It conducts placement drives at the seminar hall and they also make us industry ready. The packages completely depend on your skills and performances. Companies such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICIC Bank, TCS, ITC, etc. often visit our campus for recruitment.

No, the Institute doesn’t provide hostel facilities to the students.

The campus of RIMSR Mumbai is huge. The campus can accommodate the students of different departments such as Engineering, Architecture, Law, and Management. All of these departments are on separate floors and the management acquiring is on the top 2 floors that is 6th & 7th floor. The classrooms are equipped with AC facilities, projectors, white boards, etc. The campus has seminar hall, computer labs, canteen, library, etc. The library is huge with various kinds of books and huge seating capacity. The library is my favorite place in the Institute.

Overall, the campus life is enjoyable. You have to maintain displace and punctuality with the rigorous schedule. The crowd consists of working professional who also has some experience of the corporate world. There are several clubs such as Sports club, Creative club, Media club, and many others. I am currently the head of Marketing at the Student Council. The annual sports event is conducted which held for 2 days in which all the faculties and students play together. The Institute organise DJ nights for different festivals. It also organises various events such as Learning with Legends, Saksham (Annual Marketing Event), and Synapse (Annual Finance Event). All these events help us in our overall development.
