Overall Rating
Speaking from my personal experience, academics at SIP Dehradun is decent. There is not much to get involved in except for studies. Exams and practicals are also scheduled randomly. However, the Institute can focus more on conducting make events and programs to make the campus life of the students more engaging.
 

Academics Rating
You can get direct admission into this Institute. I am doing B.Pharm from here. This course is affiliated from UTU Dehradun. The marking pattern of the teachers for exams is generally very strict. For preparation of exams, students can use the PDFs and study materials provided by the faculty members. They can also get books from the library to study from.
Around Rs. 40,000/- is the per semester fees for my course.
 

Faculty Rating
Most of the faculty members at SIP Dehradun are decent and helpful in nature, but some are kind of rude and egoistic. Each and every topic is explained by the teachers in detail. Tables and diagrams are made on whiteboard to deliver a proper explanation of the topics. The faculty members are easy to approach and would always be ready to assist you with your queries.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel fee for 3-seater rooms is around Rs. 80,000/- and for 2-seater rooms, it is around Rs. 1,10,000/-. The hostels are average.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are 3 departments in this Institute namely, Law, Nursing and Pharmacy. The campus is located in a rural area which offers a scenic mountain view to the students from the campus. The infrastructure is beautifully-designed and the Institute also has its own hospital. Moreover, there are two canteens available in the Institute’s premises, one of them is near the mess area and the other is located in the hostel of the Institute.
 

Campus Rating
There are freshers and farewell events organised in the Institute. Apart from that, there are not a lot of events which they can improve upon. If you want focus on your studies, so you can come here and have your education.
