Exploring Campus Life in Mahindra University Hyderabad

Overall Rating
I’m currently in MU Hyderabad and life here is very good. The University maintains a balance between the academics and the extracurricular activities, which is why it is ranked 5th for B.Tech. This University is a great place because you will get improved as a human in this University. If you are the kind of a person who wants to study a lot and you are more inclined towards learning then you can take admission in this University.
 

Academics Rating
I am pursuing BBA from this University. The curriculum is structured and the subjects are well planned. In academics, you have to take all the efforts to learn. The University conducts multiple quizzes every day and every week. The 75% attendance is mandatory here; you have to attend the lectures even if you know everything. The curriculum on paper looks decent enough but in practice it is not easy.
Fee structure of MU Hyderabad is pretty simple. They keep revising it but I feel it is very competitive and affordable for middle class people. At least to be very precise. The University is worth every penny.
 

Faculty Rating
The teachers of this University are well experienced. Most of the faculty has done their education from top Institutes. They also have corporate experience. You can never make connections if you are not coming to the University. We have few faculty members who scored 99+ percentile in CAT and they appear for CA exam every year. Also, the faculty is very supportive. You can work on great research papers with them so no issues with the faculty.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the University has placement cell. Honestly, the placement committee here teaches you how to make resume, etc. It conducts workshops every Wednesday and Friday. Sevral renowned companies visit our campus such as KPMG, Xiaomi, etc. It is a newly created committee and we are the third batch so things are little slow for now. You can expect around 10 LPA to 15 LPA package and frankly around 80% of students get placed from this University. Overall, the University has a active placement cell.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the University provides hostel facilities to the students. I am a day scholar so I don’t have much information about the hostels but the hostels are pretty decent. The rooms have AC facilities. It also offers various other facilities such as laundry facility, gym, mess, etc. The rules of the hostels are not that strict.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The best part of this University is its infrastructure. If you are a sports enthusiast then this University is the best option for you. We have FIFA graded Football fields, swimming pools, quite goal, stable Tennis billiards, etc. They’ve been developing a new swimming pool area. The campus also has labs and the library is phenomenal. Overall, the infrastructure of this University is top notch.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life till now is amazing. The campus life here is like the campus life which is shown in bollywood movies. There is no politics as such. You will spend good time in this University and also you will get a chance to make good friends. It organises multiple fest every year and it also invite several singers. Also, there are various clubs and societies such as Kabaddi club.

    Mahindra University which is well known for its academics it accepts students based on merit in entrance exam, TSEAMCET, JEE Mains. Most of my friends and I also joined in it because of its placements records.
