MVGRCE Vizianagaram Campus is Full of Greenery

Overall Rating
My experience at MVGRCE Vizianagaram is going good. Be it learning new things, participating in events, contests, playing games and making friends, everything is fun. It is a green campus; all around the campus it filled with greenery and it is likeable for the nature lovers. There are feasible class hours that will give you time to explore college. The main reason for choosing this college is that it is one of the top colleges in my area and it has good infrastructure, faculty and extracurricular activities.
 

Academics Rating
The motive for enrolling is to pursue Engineering. One should complete 10+2 in MPC stream or Polytechnic. For 10+2 students they have to appear in AP EAPCET and for Polytechnic students AP ECET. After the writing these exams, based on the ranks they have to opt colleges and after that there is seat allotment and reporting. There are 2 semesters, each semester have minimum of 6 months time and there are 8 semesters in total. In college they deliver the content based on the syllabus and faculty deliver those syllabus with reference of real world problems.
When it comes to fees, the students who got enrolled on the basis of the entrance get paid by the government based on their reservation while some students have to pay on their own. The fee ranges from Rs. 75,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000/- based on the course. For management quota students it ranges from Rs. 2,75,000/- to Rs. 3,00,000/- and it is changes every year.
 

Faculty Rating
Most of the faculties have B.Tech, M.Tech, and PhD degrees. They are good in teaching. They teach using boards, ppts and group discussions. Some faculty members are quick at problem solving. When it comes to the bonding and approaching the faculty it is very good. They will clarify your doubts at any time. Some faculties even give their phone numbers to the students for doubt clarification.
 

Placement Rating
There is a placement cell at college. It helps in preparing for the interview, enhancing skills like coding, arithmetic & reasoning, and communication skills, etc
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, there are boys’ and girls’ hotels but the fee is high compared to other colleges. Food is hygienic but the taste can be improved. There are some events that are conducted in the hostel like new year and during some festival, hostel provides traditional food
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are separate blocks for each department that includes labs. MVGRCE Vizianagaram is built on an area of around 60 acres and is approximately 8 to 10 KM from the main city. There is a sufficient seating capacity in class rooms. There are labs, seminar halls for each department, a centralized library and limited capacity indoor auditorium. Transport is available through buses and has a strict security.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is going good by learning, participating in events at college and playing in tournaments conducted at college. Every year, there are 1200 to 1500 students on campus making it crowded in evening and morning time. There are some clubs related to teaching community and social activities. There are fests, freshers, farewell, and some tech events. There is NCC and NSS. Overall, it is good campus, which facilitates flexible class hours. Includes library and sports hours which help students to explore college.

    MVGRCE Vizianagaram is a good College. Clubs in the College allow us to pursue our hobbies. It encourages new talents in all fields (from academics to co-curricular activities). Overall, it is a best College to study. Once we entered the College we will face many ups and downs, but we will get relief with good placements.     Overall, the college is good for infrastructure and academics, placements are also good, but not all students get placements in the college. The highest package is 25 LPA and the average 4.5 LPA for the last year. The faculties have good experience. The college encourages many extra-curricular activities and conducts sports events, competitions, and also has a GDG club which conducts programs periodically.     First, this college is popular for engineering college in Vizianagaram. It is well reputed and the environment is nice. Coming to placements, they are good. Nearly 900 jobs are offered to my seniors. Some of faculties are great. To get decent packages in you final year and to enjoy your college life, you should join this college.
