The Academics of GVPCE Visakhapatnam Prepares for the Real Life Challenges

Overall Rating
The experience so far in this College is average. This College focuses more on the academics rather than extracurricular activities. The rules here will teach you how to be disciplined. I chose this College because of its reputation and good placement opportunities. Overall, this is a great College.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Tech in CSE because this course is in demand right now. For admission, the students have to qualify AP EAPCET and score good rank in it. You can also take admission through management quota. The Admission process is quite easy. The College conducts 2 mid-term exams which also include lab tests. The academics will prepare you for real life challenges.
The fee in GVPCE Visakhapatnam is very affordable. The fee of my course is Rs. 70,000/- per year and after the College has become an Autonomous College. The fee is Rs. 1,00,000/-. The transportation fee is around Rs. 30,000/-.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of GVPCE Visakhapatnam are very good. You will feel like that you are in school. The faculty is like the backbone of the College. They will teach you in a very understandable manner and they will also clear all your doubts. They will tell you about the important questions and also the ways to study for the exams. Overall, the faculty members are very supportive.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the College has placement cell. The placements are average right now.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the College provides hostel facilities to the students. The hostels are not up to the mark.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus of GVPCE Visakhapatnam is not that big. The infrastructure is improving. The campus has labs, canteen, etc. The canteen provides variety of food to the students. The College also has gym and a sport room. Honestly, the infrastructure of this College is not up to the mark and needs more improvement.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life till now is average. There are departmental clubs which students can join. The College conducts an annual fest, Fresher’s party, etc. I wish in future the College organise more fests and events for the students.

    Overall Rating
    The best thing in Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering for Women is discipline. Every person in the college should have neat dress code. There are many clubs which are run by the students and faculty and students can participate in more and more Events. They can get a practical experience of life. Coming to studies I will say some lectures are very good. After the situation of recession we don’t get many companies that visit the campus and offer better recruitment opportunities....
