ANU Guntur: Great Campus Life

Overall Rating
I never thought of joining this University but it happened and yes the overall experience is good. The academics here are good. The University provides various facilities to the students. The fee here is also reasonable so the middle class students can also afford it. The University offers various courses to the students and the faculty members are also good and helpful. The University has various clubs which students can join as per their interest.
 

Academics Rating
Academic wise, it is a good University. For admission, the students have to qualify AP EAMCET and score a good rank which is around 20,000. I chose B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering. The admission process is so easy. The University conducts mid-term exams and end-term exams. In between these, the tests also take place.
The fee of ANU Guntur is affordable. The University also provides scholarship to the students.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of this University are good. Some of the teachers support us in every way possible and some will only read the PPTs and end the class. The students have the right to complain about the teachers in the academic office. The lab facilities and the lab professors make us to understand everything in more detail. There are 60 to 65 students in one class. And one lab assistant will be there for 10 to 15 students. The faculty members support us to achieve better projects and they also help us in our resume making.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the University has placement cell. Only 10% to 20% of students got placed. The placements are average.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the ANU Guntur provides on-campus hostel facilities to the students. The hostel infrastructure, mess, and the hostel facilities are way too good but sometimes the food is not up to the mark. The rooms are available in triple occupancy. The hostel fee including the mess fee ranges from Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 20,000/- per year. Overall, my experience in the hostel is good but quite tough too.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is spread over around 300 acres of land. The infrastructure of the University is so good. The campus has like library, labs, canteen, health care centre, assembly hall, auditorium, gym, sports room, ground, etc. My favorite place in the campus is canteen. The University also provides transportation facilities. The security is also tight, nobody is allowed to go outside the campus after 5:30 PM.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life so far is average. The campus is not that crowded. There are several clubs such as Technical club, Cultural club, etc. The University conducts various events. It also conducts fests at the staring and the ending of the academic year. I was part of NCC and it gave me various good memories to cherish.
