Experiencing Great Campus Life at MANIT Bhopal

Overall Rating
For me, MANIT Bhopal is one of the best NITs in India. The campus provides a serene view to the students. Initially, I was not sure about this Institute but now I can say that choosing this Institute is one of the best decisions I have made in my life. The faculty and the placements here are really good. There are some things that need to get changed but this issue is faced by every student of every Institute.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Tech in CSE. I chose this course because I have an interest in it. For admission, you will require a high rank in JEE Main exam in order to secure a seat in this Institute. There are a total of 8 semesters. Each semester includes mini tests, mid-term exams, and end-term exams. The exams also include assignments, lab practicals, etc. I got this Institute through JoSAA counseling. The academics of this Institute are as per the industry trends.
The fee of my course is around Rs. 2,00,000/- per year. MANIT Bhopal also provides fee concession to the students who are financially week. The scholarship is also provided by the Central, State Government, and private organisation as well.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of this Institute are good. Each of faculty members has good knowledge in their respective field. Most of the teachers have done Doctorate level of education; they handle multiple classes and project work. The teaching methods depend on the faculty. Some of the teaching methods that they use are PPTs, white board, etc. The teacher to student ratio is 1:80. The faculty members are friendly and helpful. The students can approach the teachers if they have any doubt.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the Institute has placement cell. The members of the TPO elected each year. The students can be a part of the team after going through a selection process. The cell approaches the companies, organise meetings with students, conducts placement drives, and manage the post interviews duties. Many companies visit our campus every year for recruitment such as Amazon, Oracle Corporation, GS, etc. every year.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the Institute has separate hostels for female and the male students. There are 10 hostels in which 8 are for boys and 2 are for girls. The hostel rooms are available in single, double, and triple occupancy. The mess food is average and it also non-vegetarian food once a week. The hostel is great if you are staying with the friends. The hostel fee has to be paid semester wise while the mess fee has to be paid annually.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus MANIT Bhopal is considered as one of the largest campuses. The Institute has a separate buildings for different branches. Several facilities are available in the campus. This year, a new building also got constructed named Students Activity Centre which is supposed to be used for students events. The campus has multiple general stores, canteens, restaurants, etc. The Institute also has sports complex, dispensary, gym, etc. Overall, the infrastructure of this Institute is good.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is one of the best phases of your life no matter in which Institute you are. If you manage to make good friends then any moment will become memorable. There are lot of clubs and societies. The Institute conducts various events, talks, and workshops. The societies are a great way of networking, build character, and learn new skills. The Institute conducts 2 major fests, out of which one is Technical and other is Cultural. I am glad that I have experience the campus life of this Institute.

    The overall experience is very good at MANIT Bhopal. We have a very wide lush and green campus of 650 acres. The factors that made me choose this college is its competitiveness, opportunities, and a good placement. Since our college is an institute of National Importance, many top companies visit here to offer on campus placements. The placement rate is about 85 to 90 percent.     My overall experience till now is too good in college. The faculty members are good and seniors are also supportive except few. I got this college after my JEE Main rank. It was the best option for me. The lush green campus spread across 650 acre is different from other colleges.     The overall experience in Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology is better than anyone experiencing in any other engineering institute and it is one of the best colleges in Bhopal.
