Overall Rating
SICET Ranga Reddy is one of the best Engineering Colleges in Hyderabad. It is located at Sheriguda Village Ibrahim Patnam, Hyderabad. My overall experience about this College is good. The reason I chose this College as I have got good marks in the entrance test. The College conducts various events and fests for the students. I would recommend others to take admission in this College.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) in this institute as I am interested and passionate to become a Software Engineer. I have an interest in the software field that is why I chose this branch. The entry requirements are the student should appear in the entrance exam conducted by the Government named TS EAMCET now it's TS EAPCET. The students can also take admission through management quota. The exams are conducted semester wise. The College conducts exams twice in a year such as mid-semester exams and end-semester exams.
The students have to pay the fee annually. The tuition fee of my course in SICET Ranga Reddy is Rs. 1,15,000/- in which I paid Rs. 80,000/- and the remaining fee is paid by the Government under fee reimbursement. The students who belong to SC/ST category don’t need to pay any fee. The scholarship is provided by the Government.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are good and teach in an effective manner. Some of the teachers are highly qualified and they have done Ph.D or Masters in their respective field. The teaching method depend from teacher to teacher, some use blackboards, some use PPTs, and some of the teachers use both. They explain the topics in detail. Some of the teachers also use projectors to explain the concepts. The problem solving ability of the faculty members is good and the teacher to student ratio is also decent.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the College has placement cell and it is nice. Several companies visit our campus such as Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, and many others.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the SICET Ranga Reddy provide residential facilities to the female students only. I don’t have much information about it because I don’t live in hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus is spacious and has various blocks. There are separate blocks for several courses such as for Data science, AIML, ECE, etc. students and other. The classrooms have good seating capacity. The campus has library which is equipped with various kind of books, labs, seminar hall, auditorium, etc. The canteen is also available and the quality of the food is average. The College offers sports and medical facilities to the students. Residential Treatment Centre (RTC) is available as well. I mostly like the indoor stadium where students can play and practice.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus life till now is good. The campus crowd is good. There are various technical and non-technical clubs that are run by the students. The College organise various extracurricular activities for the students and celebrate festivals. It also organise annual fest at the end of the academic session. Many technical events are conducted in this College.

    Coming to my experience at this institution they are well experienced faculty and their way of teaching is also good. The overall infrastructure was brilliant.     I wrote EAMCET then I got this college in branch of CSE (IoT) the branch is good the future is based on the IoT so I'm interested in this college which is why I have joined in this branch I suggest not to join in this college because of some faculties they won't explain in detail I suggest others not to join in this college because placements are also less compared to other colleges....
