My Opinion on VIIT Visakhapatnam

Overall Rating
I have joined this Institute through my seat allotment. I liked its infrastructure before even joining this Institute. This Institute is good in all the aspects whether its faculty or facilities. The students can explore many live projects, gain hands on experience, etc. The communication session is also conducted which is very interactive to attend. One can take admission in this Institute. The Institute has been ranked on a band of 201-300 under Engineering category in 2025.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Tech in CSAI. The eligibility criteria depend on the course. The students can take admission by visiting the campus. The exams are conducted on regular basis. The Institute conducts exams every 2 months which includes internals, externals, and class tests. The academics prepare us well for the real life challenges.
The fee of my course in VIIT Visakhapatnam is Rs. 56,000/- per semester. The registration fee is Rs. 3000/- and the examination fee which is of Rs. 5000/-.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are well experienced and well trained. They are very down to earth and friendly. Some of teachers have done Ph.D in their respective field and has good teaching and communication skill. They communicate with students very well. The teachers also solve the doubt of the students. Overall, the faculty members are good.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the VIIT Visakhapatnam has Placement & Training cell. It has a team which looks after the placements and many companies visit our campus for recruitment.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the Institute offers residential facilities to the students. The hostels are so hygienic and food is prepared very carefully.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of our Institute is prefect with all the facilities which the students require. The campus has several blocks such as Dharithri block, etc. and another block is under construction. The campus has canteen, sports room, media cell, cabins for every faculty, labs, etc. The Institute offers sports facilities to the Institutes which include Cricket ground, Basketball Court, etc. The classrooms are good.
 

Campus Rating
Overall my campus life till now is good. The students of this Institute look after each other and the crowd is not that huge. The Institute organise various extracurricular activities for the students. It conducts events on regular basis in a very formal manner.
