My Academic Life in NAMC Agra

Overall Rating
My experience in this College is good so far. I chose it because of its academics. The faculty is top notch. This College is affiliated to Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath AYUSH University. The College also focuses on extracurricular activities. It is easy to commute to the College because of its locality.
 

Academics Rating
I chose Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS). For admission, the students have to qualify NEET UG exam and then appear in the UPAYUSH counseling. Exams are held as per the schedule given by the University. The exams are not that hard, you can score good marks in it. The College conducts periodic assessment and term exams on regular basis. Various quizzes and debate are also conducted.
The tuition fee of my course is Rs. 3,00,000/- per year. The students can avail the scholarship provided by the government. The students have to pay the fee year wise.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of NAMC Agra are well educated and they have done their education from top Institutions. They teach us with the help of blackboard and projectors. The teacher to student ratio is good. According to me, the teachers are friendly and approachable. They are very helpful and also provide guidance to us. There is session conducted for the mentor and mentis for solving the problems which the students are facing.
 

Placement Rating
This is a medical College so no companies visit the campus but if you will study hard then you will surely become a good Doctor.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the NAMC Agra offers residential facilities to the students. The hostel has both AC & non-AC rooms. Various facilities are available such as RO water, Wi-Fi, etc. The hostel rules and timings are not that strict. The fee is around Rs. 90,000/- per year. My personal experience at the hostel is quite good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of this College is good. The campus has air conditioned and fully ventilated classrooms. The classroom are equipped with black board, projectors, etc. The campus has library, canteen yoga hall, and various other facilities. The College also offers transportation facilities to the students.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life is going good. The campus crowd is good. There are several committees which manage and organise extracurricular activities and fests. The College conducts Sports week and annual fest. The Academic committee organise quiezzes, debates, etc. for the students. Cultural committee which organise dance, music, and various other competitions. The College conducts various seminars.
