Overall Rating
My experience at this Institute is very good. I have made several memories and it was all worth it. I chose it because it is one of the popular Institutes and it is near to my house also. This Institute will teach you about every aspect of life. When I took admission, I hated this Institute but now I am very glad that I am here. The Institute also provide discount to the students to reduce their financial burden.
 

Academics Rating
When I was in class 10th, I got to know that how websites work, how the app is created, what is coding, and how does it work. At that time, I decided that I want to become Software Engineer and that’s why I chose Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science. If you want to take admission here, then you have to qualify MHT-CET exam. You can also take admission through management quota. In a year, 2 semester exams are conducted. One semester consists of two exams such as mid-term exams and end-term exams. The academics also focus on skill development.
The students have to pay the fee on yearly basis. If you are girl students who took the admission through MHT-CET, then you don’t have to pay the tuition fee. You just have to pay the development fee which is of Rs. 18,500/-. The students have to pay the exam fee which is of Rs. 4000. The students can avail the scholarship provided by the Government.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of this Institute are good. They always help the students in their academics. The teachers are highly educated. They teach us with the help of PPTs, smart boards, group discussion, etc. The group discussions are held between 7 to 8 students. They solve all the doubts of the students. Overall, the teachers are good.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, RCPIT Shirpur has placement cell which is known as ESDP department. It helps the students in acquiring placements. The cell organise various sessions which provides guidance to the students. Various companies visit the campus for recruitment.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the Institute offers residential facilities to the students. In one room, 3 to 4 students can live. The rooms have all the facilities such as cupboard, chair, table, etc. Hostel fee is around Rs. 24,000/- per year. The female students are required to enter the hostel by 7:00 PM and the male students are required to enter the hostel by 10:00 PM.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of this Institute is well maintained. The campus has huge library where you can find several books. The classrooms are huge and it has the seating capacity of around 70 to 80 students. The classrooms are fully air conditioned. The campus has 15 computer labs where students can practice. The canteen is also there which serves good quality of food to the students. The security is always present at the gate and you’re not allowed to enter the campus without the ID card. Overall, the infrastructure is good.
 

Campus Rating
My overall campus life till now at RCPIT Shirpur is excellent. The campus crowd is good. There are several clubs, some are for coding and some are for social services. NSS and NCC units are available for the students. The Institute also organise extracurricular activities for the students. A lot of events & fests are organised. It also celebrates several festivals.

    Academic wise, RCIT Shirpur is definitely little exhausting. We have to spend around 8-10 hours in institute, as 75% attendance is crucial. However, that is half the story as we have a lot of events and extracurricular activities to unwind and rejoice.
