My personal experience at this College was great. I have made several memories here. This College has completed changed my personality and help me in building my confidence. The presence of great teachers is really important for the students. I chose this College because of its affordable fee, decent infrastructure, and well educated professors. After researching about all the aspects, I took admission in this College.

I chose Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). I chose this course because I am very passionate about this course. The entry requirements are simple, you have to give the entrance exam called NEET and score good marks in it. The exams and test are conducted on regular basis but the main exams are conducted by the University. Overall, the academics are good and also provide practical exposure to the students.

The fee of my course was around Rs. 1,80,000/- per year. The students are required to pay the examination which ranges from Rs. 5000/- to Rs. 10,000/-. The College provides scholarship to the students who belong from the SC/ST and OBC category.

All the faculty members at Eklavya Dental College & Hospital are knowledgeable and have good knowledge in their respective field. They professors have industrial experience and most of them have done Doctorate level of education. They use a combination of traditional and modern methods. They will teach us with the help of blackboards, smart boards, PPTs, etc. They also conduct seminars and group discussion on regular basis. My bond with the faculty members was good. Overall, the teachers are approachable and are always ready to solve the doubts of the students.

Yes, there is placement cell in the College. There are usually no placement cells in dental and medical Colleges. You have to secure a job at your own and the management will also help you in the process.

Yes, it offers residential facilities to the students. I have lived in the hostel for almost 5 year. There are separate hostels for both male and female students. Girls’ hostel has 4 floors and around 20 rooms. Some rooms have AC facilities as well. The mess is available which serves 4 meals a day such as breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. The quality of the food was good. At my time, the hostel fee was around Rs. 90,000/- per year. The students are required to enter the hostel by 7:00 PM. My personal experience at the hostel was quite good.

The College has spacious lecture halls and labs. There are separate blocks dedicated to different departments. The classroom can accommodate around 60 to70 students easily and they are fully air conditioned & well ventilated. The classrooms are equipped with two smart classes, projectors, and monitors. There's a common library which is located at the 4th floor and it is equipped with academic book, dental magazines, and many others. An auditorium is also available where all the events and seminars are conducted. The canteen is also available which is quite affordable. Apart from this, medical facilities, transportation facilities, etc. is also provided to the students. My favorite place was Badminton lawn where we used to play there in the evenings after our classes.

According to me, my campus life at Eklavya Dental College & Hospital was pretty good. We celebrated many festivals such as Ganesh Chaturthi, Janmashtmi, Diwali, and many others. The campus has good crowd. The College also conducts Fresher’s party, Convocation, New Year party, etc. There are several sports and cultural clubs present at the campus. I used to do commentary in the Cricket matches. It's one of my core memories. Making late night snacks during exams was something which we all enjoyed.
