The Events & Fests at RVRJC Guntur are Conducted at a Large Scale

Overall Rating
My personal experience at RVRJC Guntur is good. It is one of the top Colleges in Andhra Pradesh. This College is good in every aspect such as placements, faculty, facilities, and labs. The surroundings and the atmosphere of this College are good too. I'm currently in my second year right now. I am grateful for all the experiences. I have made several memories at this College as well.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE). I chose this course because I have interest in computers and technology. The eligibility criteria for the students are that they must have passed their class 12th boards. For admission, the students have to qualify EAMCET exam and appear for the counseling. In this course, the semester examinations will be held in every 4 to 6 months. There will be 2 mid-term exams and one end-term exams in a semester. The academics prepare us to face real life challenges.
The fee of my course is around Rs. 1,05,000/- per year. The students also have to pay the examination fee separately. Other than this, there are not extra charges. The College provides financial aid to the students who are economically week. The students can also avail the scholarship.
 

Faculty Rating
There are around 40 faculty members in my department. They put their 100% to teach the students. They support the students not only education but also in extracurricular activities like dancing, singing, painting, speeches, and many more. The method of the teaching used by them is blackboard, PPTs, seminars, and group discussions. They also send PPTs to the students so that they can understand the topics clearly. My experience and bonding with the teachers of my department is good because they have always helped to understand the topics that I lag behind.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the College has placement cell. The cell help the students secure jobs in different companies. Every year, several companies visit the campus for recruitment. Almost 41% of students get on campus placement.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the College offers hostel facilities to the students who come from faraway places. There are separate hostel for both male and female students. There are around 200 rooms present at the hostel. The mess is available which serves hygienic food to the students. It serves 4 meals a day such as breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner. The hostel fee is Rs. 48,000/- per year. The hostel rules are not that strict. My experience at the hostel is quite good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus has different blocks for different branch. Students for Instance Cyber block is for Computer Science and Data Science, Silver Jubilee block for Mechanical and Civil Engineering. The campus has library which has a huge collection of books related to every course, canteen, sports complex, medical facilities, etc. My favorite place at the entire campus is OAT (open air theatre). It has the seating capacity of around 500 to 1000 students. Events are also conducted here.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life at this College is amazing so far. The campus crowd is not that huge. The College organise several events, fests, etc. for the student. There are many clubs related to different domains. The College also allows the students to organise stalls during fests. There are two main events conducted here at a large scale every year. The fests are held for 2 days. Overall, my campus life is going great.
