Various Scholarships are Available at DSJ New Delhi for Financially Weaker Students

It's been a year since I have joined DSJ New Delhi. The curricular of this College is also good and well structured. The curriculum has been designed in a way to promote critical thinking, open discussions, and to have a wider perspective on the core principles of the course. So till now, my experience has been good and I have learned so many things here.

I chose Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication + Master of Journalism and Mass Communication. The duration of my course is around 4 years. I've felt that my voice has the power to change and empower true stories which is the main lacking point in the current times of the journalistic world. The admission process is quite simple, the students have to qualify CUET UG exam. Our exams are held semester wise. Others class tests are also conducted. The best part of this College is its curriculum which will prepare you for various domains in the field of Journalism.

The fee of my course is around Rs. 80,000/- per year which includes all the other charges such as registration fee, admission fee, etc. The students also have to pay the examination fee separately. The College also provides scholarship to the students. Financial aid is also available for the students who are financially week.

All the faculty members that are teaching in DSJ New Delhi come from different states. The teachers are well experienced. They provide both theoretical and practical knowledge to the students. They use several teaching methods such as PPTs, blackboard, etc. They help in the overall personality development of the students. Most of the professors are quite friendly and approachable. They will guide you on how to gather knowledge through different sources. They also conduct group discussion in the class.

The campus of this College is huge and it is located at a good locality. The classrooms are fully air conditioned. The campus has library, radio labs, studios, etc. The College also provides sports facilities to the students. The library has a huge collection of books in the field of Mass Communication and Journalism. Overall, the infrastructure of this College is good.

My campus life at this College is good. The campus has good crowd. There is a good competition amongst the students. The campus has clubs which organise several extracurricular activities for the students. Most popular society of our College is the Debate society. DSJ New Delhi provides good exposure to the students.
