Poornima College of Engineering: My College Diaries

Overall Rating
My overall experience at College is very good. This was created by SES i.e., Shanti Education Society. I chose this College because the facilities provided in the affordable fees are very much good. Hostels are very good. The studies are very efficient the faculties are very interactive. I would definitely recommend this College to the future 12th pass out students.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen IT branch because my parents told me that it is easy. Eligibility criteria for the Poornima College of Engineering is that one should have at least 60% marks in 10th and 12th also in JEE Main. Students also have to go through REAP counseling.
Fees of my chosen course is Rs. 2,00,000/- in which Rs. 1,70,000/- is course fees and rest is hostel fee. Discounts & scholarships are also available for the students who fulfill certain requirements.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members are very good faculty. Faculty is very knowledgeable. They have a lot of decrease. They teach on blackboard and sometimes via discussions. My bonding and experience with the faculty member is very good because they are very interactive. They also prepare us for the placements. Problem solving abilities of faculty is good.
 

Placement Rating
Almost 80% of student is placed if they have good academic history and other skills.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel is very nice. We have rooms in which we are provided with bed, almirah, and study table. Hostel fee is Rs. 1,35,000/- which varies according to room. Mess food can be better though.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of Poornima College of Engineering is very good. There are 2 gardens, which provide fresh air. After every 2 years, college is renovated. We have badminton, & basketball courts we also have canteen. There is not a lot of distance between the college and hostel.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is very good because we have many events that take place Aarohan is an annual fest. Talking about the students & crowd, the strength is good and it is mix of the students from different states and cities. Clubs are also there, which are managed by senior students.

    My experience at Poornima College of Engineering has been good. The college is located in the outskirts of the city but city. Students can reach the college in 10 minutes with a vehicle. I wanted to pursue my Bachelors from Jaipur and this was the best option. I chose this college because it offered my choice of specialization with the Engineering stream.     I chose PCE Jaipur because it provides best courses. The faculty members are also good. The College conducts a lot of games and also organise extracurricular activities for the students. All the students are required to come to the College in uniform and it is mandatory for all the students to maintain a certain percentage of attendance.
