St. Joseph's College of Engineering is an Anna University Affiliated college and this is established and run by Jappier Group of Institutions and I choose this college based on my cutoff and this is a Private institution so the fees structure is somewhat higher than other colleges. The university syllabus is not followed in this college they are frame syllabus and conducting the exams for the students. This college has good infrastructure and good transportation facility and fees structure is somewhat higher than others. They provide good training for IT placements to place in top MNCs. Which was the good experience for me and I got good offer.

St. Joseph's College of Engineering academics are good and the syllabus is fully framed by our institution so syllabus is fully updated and faculties are also updated based on the syllabus and they give time for self learning and practical learning. In my department everything has taught only for future and they gave lot of ideas for project in my stream of Internet of Things.

Faculties are very intelligent and they are completed PhD and masters from reputed colleges and universities. Everyone conduct test and exams periodically and advice us for placements and other extracurricular activities and co curricular activities. They are friendly and supportive peoples in our life and studies.

Placements are always special in our college. Lot of placement training is conducting every day for the students from the beginning of second year.

There are hostel facilities available for both boys and girls. It has clean environment, spacious rooms and other facilities. Good quality of food provided for every day in our college.

Our college located in Old Mahabalipuram Road and have fully cleaned environment and full of air conditioned classrooms and other facilities like auditorium, stadium and indoor stadiums. Good spacious classrooms and canteens and both separate hostel for boys and girls. Bus facilities for 60 to 80 kilometers around the college.

Campus life is good because of my faculties and friends. I got lot of friends in this college; they helped me to manage my studies and my career. They conduct national level technical symposium event for every year and cultural fest and other events like sports and co curricular activities. NCC and NSS are the major clubs in our college.
