Overall Rating
Mar Gregorios College of Law, Thiruvananthapuram provides a rich learning experience. It’s a political party free campus as well as ragging free. Within the top 10 College rank holders; our College bags at least 3 ranks per department. Calm, quiet and environment friendly campus. We have around 10 highly active centres which include Placement centre and much more. Campus also has a counsellor. No 4 wheelers are allowed in the campus.
 

Academics Rating
My course is BBA.LL.B. This course provides wide range of opportunities beyond standard Law professions. Since Business Administration is also part of our course, we have higher chances of Placements. The books referred by the teachers are of International standards. We have an active Moot Court society which encourages students to go for external competitions. This course helps students who aspire to go into Corporate Law or similar field.
The fee structure is Rs. 62,500/-. Scholarships are provided to students with excellent academic performance. Special concession is provided to students who score high rank in KLEE exam.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members use presentations while teaching their subjects. They give detailed notes on each topic and give us books to refer. They use blackboard as well when they need to explain difficult topics in detail. Most of the faculty members have finished their Ph.D. So faculty members are highly qualified. They use different types of teaching techniques. They are all very friendly in nature and are calm & welcoming.
 

Placement Rating
The College has an active Placement Cell.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, MGCL Thiruvananthapuram does provide hostel facilities to their students.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our campus has 2 blocks, one for 1st and 2nd year students, and the other for 3rd and final year students. The campus is a part of a bigger campus. It’s small but quiet and neat. We have a library facility. We also have seminar halls, auditorium and 2 conference halls. Moreover, we have 1 Computer lab. We don’t get any transportation facility.
 

Campus Rating
Mar Gregorios College of Law, Thiruvananthapuram is an excellent campus for studious students. Provides opportunities for exploring different ventures. No distractions since phones need to be submitted before entering the classes. There are many active clubs which includes Film Club, Radio Club, etc. We also have arts fest and other celebrations like Onam, Christmas, Kerala Piravi, Annual Day etc. The students are very friendly and the seniors provide a lot of help and guidance.
