MIMT Greater Noida: Curricular Activities, Clubs, and Societies

Overall Rating
Overall my experience is great. I am currently in my 2nd year pursuing BBA at MIMT Greater Noida. It is quite decent Institution. It is a Private Institution. The infrastructure of this Institution is average. Faculties are good and supportive. Classes are well equipped with all the facilities. Environment here is quite nice.
 

Academics Rating
There are no such eligibility criteria but you just have to pass 12th standard. Admission process is easy. You just have to register yourself, bring all your necessary documents and have to pay your semester fees. This Institution is affiliated by Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut. They conduct semester exam in every 4 to 5 months.
The general fee for this course is Rs. 84,000/- annually. If you take hostel for double sharing room will cost you Rs. 1,15,000/- annually and for triple sharing room will cost you Rs. 1,05,000/- per year. Category wise recession is also available. You can get some concession on the basis of your 12th percentage and it can also depend on CUET scores.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members are good. They are also supportive. Most of the faculty members are Ph.D degree holders and some of them are still pursuing. They all use smart board, white board and use PPTs to teach. Their problems solving abilities is also good. For each subject there are 2 to 3 teachers. I have a good bond with teachers and one of them is very supportive. They are approachable in a very effective manner.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, they do offer placements to the students. The Placement Cell at MIMT Greater Noida is responsible for providing Internship as well as placement to the students accordingly to their domain. Placement related programs are Job fair, Placement training program, Mentor session, Mock interview etc. Companies like TCS, Wipro, IBM, Samsung, EY, and various startups visited Institution for hiring students.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, they provide accommodations to the students to both girls & boys separately. The rooms are available are double and triple sharing rooms option with attached bathroom. There are 100 rooms approximately. No any recreational activities for hostellers. They provide separate hostels for girls and boys. Mess food quality is average. They provide 3 meals per day. Hostel rules are quite strict and they cannot go outside after 8:00 PM. In case if you have to go outside then you have to make authorities talk to your parents.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Institution does have library with all types of Management related books. Campus size is very average. Classroom is good and it does have a positive environment. The seating capacity for a classroom is about 70 to 90 students. Library and Computer labs are there. They also have seminar hall and auditorium. There are fully furnished restaurant and maggie point in campus. Sports facilities are average. Security is pretty good. Outsiders are strictly prohibited without any special permission. My favorite thing is to sit in the Institution ground quietly.
 

Campus Rating
Overall campus life is average. Institution crowd is decent. There are clubs and societies in this Institution. I am the part of IT club. It provides various extracurricular activities such as special Guest session, Quiz competition, Business idea pitch competition, Poster making, Debate quiz, Dance competition, and many more.
