Campus Area of Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya Jaipur is Approximately 8.67 Acres

The Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya Jaipur is the best College for girls and all courses. It has a safe environment. The faculty is highly qualified and friendly too. The infrastructure of College is also good and there are many clubs for students to join and learn from. Moreover, it is ragging-free. I found this College suitable for me both as a girl and Biotechnology student.

I have opted for the B.Sc in Biotechnology at this College. They have a separate department for biotechnology alongwith a well-equipped Laboratory. You should have Biology as your main subject in the 12th boards and secure a minimum of 55%. There is a very simple process of admission and you just need to fill a form. If you have a higher percentage than required then you will get scholarships also. There are tests conducted every 2 months to know the progress of the students. They make Industrial visits, Laboratory visits, etc. for the exposure of students to the real-life problems and their solutions.

I have paid an annual Tuition fee of Rs. 26,000/- for my course. There is a registration fee of Rs. 1000/- for all courses. I had scored 88% in the 12th boards so I got scholarship from this College.

All the faculty members are highly qualified with a Ph.D and years of experience. All the professors are from Biotechnology background. Method of teaching includes Boards, PPTs, etc. There are also seminars conducted to explain the topic clearly. We have Guest Lectures frequently. All the faculty members are very friendly and they have always supported us in every situation. There was Covid-19 during my graduation year so, they conducted regular Online lectures and provide notes. They also help during the dissertation period and teach how to write a thesis & use searching tools.

The Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya Jaipur has a very big campus, covering around 8.67 acre. It has separate blocks for separate departments with well-equipped Laboratories. It has a big Library with a Reading Area, Auditorium, and Open Theatre. It also has a Playground, Nursery, Canteen, Music Room, Parking Area, Medical Facility, etc. There are many Classrooms for every department with huge seating capacity. There is also an open area near the Library and a Garden which is our favourite place as it feels refreshing there.

I enjoyed a lot during my graduation and I felt safe there. There are many students from other cities as well. There are many Clubs for extracurricular activities like music, Dance, Plant Nurturing, Technical Languages, Sports, Business Management, Communication Skills, etc. There is an Annual Fest in which Inter-College competitions are held at our College. Other College students come to ours and it lasts one week. There are also many fests and events like the Garba Nights, Farewell, Freshers', other competitions, etc. We also have elections. My overall experience has been fun here.
