TKREC Hyderabad: An Honest Perspective

Overall Rating
The Teegala Krishna Reddy Engineering College Hyderabad has a wonderful infrastructure and organises a lot of fests & events. When it comes to academics, we can say that it is average. Overall, the College is a nice place to study. We can make nice friends here and also enjoy to the fullest. It also gives a lot of freedom to the students and in terms of campus life, it is better than other Institutions.
 

Academics Rating
I opted for Diploma in Engineering i.e., Polytechnic course from this College. To be eligible to enroll in this course, you should get a decent rank in POLYCET. The Academics in this College are nice. And the admission process includes selecting this College in your counseling of the entrance test and then, submitting the documents with the joining report. After verification, they will generate your biometric.
The fee for my course is Rs. 15,000/- . I consider it affordable and much lower, if you get a seat through the entrance test. The fee for students from management quota is comparatively higher.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty at TKREC Hyderabad is very well-experienced and friendly in nature. The problem-solving ability of the faculty is excellent. Their teaching method includes Projectors, PPTs, and Group Discussions. The teacher-student ratio is good. The faculty members also act as a mentor for a batch of students.
 

Placement Rating
Our College has decent placements.
 

Hostel Rating
This College has separate hostels for boys and girls. The Mess food is nice and hygienic. The annual fee for hostel is Rs. 95,000/- for boys and Rs. 98,000/- for girls. The overall hostel facility is really good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The Teegala Krishna Reddy Engineering College Hyderabad has a well-designed infrastructure. The campus is spread across 20 acres of land. We have different blocks for different departments. There is a Central Library for students. Moreover, for Sports, there is a big Cricket Ground, Basketball Court, and a Kabaddi Court. There is separate Parking space for faculty and students. We also have Computer Labs and there are separate Labs for Physics & Chemistry. Civil and Mechanical Labs are also available.
 

Campus Rating
This College has a huge crowd of students. We can also have NCC & NSS Units and other clubs in this College. When it comes to extracurricular activities. They conduct branch activities & fests like technical and non-technical. This College is known for its fests & events and during that time, the whole College is decorated very beautifully. My campus life experience has been nice.

    TKREC Hyderabad is a good College in comparison to others. It is located at the centre of the city and transportation is available nearby. It is easy to commute to the campus.     I completed my course in TKR college with EEE branch. It was a good experience studying in this college and environment here is also good. There are good professors for students.
