Narasaraopeta Engineering College B.Tech Review By Ravi Chandra Giri

Narasaraopeta Engineering College was established in the year 1998 in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. It was run by Gayatri Educational development society. They provide engineering course of B.Tech, M.Tech and 2 year MCA and 2 years MBA. Our institute Tie-up with big MNC which helps to get placed. Students also get placed in big tech giants like Microsoft. Staffs are very supportive and they helps you till you get placed.

College offers both UG and PG program. In UG program they provide B.Tech course in various departments and In PG courses they provide M.E, M.Tech and 2 years MCA and 2 year MBA course. When I complete intermediate my seniors suggest me to join this engineering college because they provide unlimited placement support and there course fees are very affordable so I choose NEC Narasaraopet. Here I choose B.E 4 year Computer Science course. Every year they take Rs. 60,000 as per tuition fees per year. They accept AP EAPCET exam score for B.Tech.

In our department there is 50+ faculties and most of them are qualified PhD. Most of them are having 10-12 years of experience in our institute. Their teaching quality is quite impressive. They provide their own hand written notes, other resources. Before semester they take doubt clearing class and extra class, Because of their guidance everyone can easily clear semester exams.

Our institute provides placement support in various IT companies, MNC, Startups like Nalsoft, HCL, Infosys, TCS, and Tech Mahindra. Our institute highest package is 6 LPA. They also provide internship support. Pre placement training also provide by them. In 2022 almost 70-80% student got placed in various companies.

Hostel accommodation for boys and girls available. There is almost 500 beds are available. The rooms are well ventilated and clean. They provide special Almirah per student. 24*7 Wi-Fi is available. Ragging is strictly prohibited in hostel campus. The security is very strict. You have to present before 8.30 pm. There is a big dining hall where all students can eat at a time. Hostel fees is Rs. 45,000 per year.

The infrastructure is very good. There are 4 blocks for CS and IT blocks, ECE and EEE blocks, CIVIL blocks and MECHANICAL blocks. Playground like Volleyball ground, Badminton court, and Throw ball ground for girls, Kabaddi and khokho ground, indoor games like Carom, chess available. Hostel is available for Both boys and girls. For all departments all labs are present and all labs are AC room. The class rooms are well equipped.

I enjoyed a lot in my campus life. In February they conduct college annual fest. Every year they also conduct Freshers and farewell party. There are so many clubs like E-Cell, NCC and NSS, Fine art club, incubation club, dance club. We never face partiality between students. They also provide time for sports and other activities. Every year they conduct quiz, debate and other competition. I miss my college and this was the best college.
