Life at JEMTEC Greater Noida: Academics and Campus Life

Overall Rating
My overall experience at JIMS Engineering Management Technical Campus Greater Noida has been good. The Institute provides a friendly and comfortable environment for students to learn. The teachers are supportive & helpful. They try to explain concepts in a simple way. The campus is also ok and gives students good space to study and interact with other. One of the main reasons I chose this Institution was because of its reputation and opportunities it provide to students who are not that good in studies. The Institute also organises seminars, workshops, and other activities that help students learn beyond the classroom.
 

Academics Rating
My academic experience is quite good. The Institute focuses on both theoretical knowledge and practical learning. Along with the regular classes, the Institute organises presentation that help students gain knowledge their subject and how it can be applied in real life.
The fees structure of the Institute is reasonable as compared to many other Private Institutes. The fee for B.Tech is approximately Rs. 1,50,000/- ant it is paid yearly. The fee is almost same for all 4 years. Moreover, students who belong to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) are provided scholarships.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty in this Institute is good, supportive, knowledgeable, and approachable. Most of teachers explain subjects in a simple and clear way, which help students to learn more easily. They are also friendly and encourage you to grow, ask questions, and participate in class discussions and in other co-curricular activities. Apart from regular classes, the faculty guide students in project, presentation, research papers, and other academic activities.
 

Placement Rating
Placements are in our own hands. If the students is good in academics, Institute will help them to find good job opportunities but if the student is not good at studies, there will be more challenges to get the in campus placements.
 

Hostel Rating
The JEMTEC Greater Noida provides hostel facilities. I am not a hostler but I have the facilities at the accommodations are average.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are around 4 academic buildings in the Institute. The campus size is not that big but the locality is good. Classrooms are also ok & 60 to 65 students can sit there. We have 2 libraries, which are good, and labs are good but not up to date. Institute has seminar hall, auditoriums, and conference hall. The canteen is small though.
 

Campus Rating
Overall, campus life is good but it can be better. The crowd is good. There are various clubs on the Institute. I am also a part of NSS Unit. THe Institute organises fests and you can participate in this fest and show your interest. In the end, I can say that the Institute has some shortcomings but overall it is a good Institute to continue your higher studies.

    Overall experience is good. Teachers are well qualified, facilities are up to the mark. Fee is affordable. I selected this one because of its placements. For some students, campus and hostel might seem smaller. Other than this, students will have great learning experience. I would definetly recommend JEMTEC Greater Noida to the future students....     It has been a wonderful experience at the JIMS Engineering Management Technical Campus Greater Noida and the staff is also very great. The teachers always acknowledge the students’ problems and listen to them. The facilities provided are very good and events are conducted frequently.     JIMS Engineering Management Technical Campus Greater Noida is one of the most successful Colleges in our area. It provides us with multiple opportunities as well as extracurricular activities.
