Overall Rating
The YB Chavan College of Pharmacy Aurangabad is a top rated College in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (or Aurangabad). The campus of the College is so good compared to others. The faculties of the College are so much supportive. During the time of admission, respective staff members helped me a lot as well. The College has now become Autonomous (in 2025-2026).

Academics Rating
I selected Bachelor of Pharmacy because I had interest in medicine. The eligibility criteria for this course is to give MHT-CET exam after completing your 12th Standard. The MHT-CET exam is conducted via CBT (Computer-Based Test) format.
The fees of my course of 1 year was Rs. 1,31,000/- as I belong to General category. If you belong to SC / ST or OBC categories, you will get some discount in fee structure.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty of the College teaches very well and are very supportive towards the students. And the method used for teaching is PPT, which is superb way of teaching for me as it clears all the concepts.
 

Placement Rating
There is a Placement Cell in the College that helps us in getting placed in the pharmaceutical company. After finishing my graduation, I received job opportunities as well.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the College offers residential facilities. There are in total about 50 rooms in the hostel complex. Yes, girls’ and boys’ hostels are separated. Hostel fees is Rs. 22,000/- per year. Rooms are so comfortable as they are furnished with basic amenities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is decent and has ample facilities so that students have an excellent overall experience. The College has a library that contains number of books related to pharmacy, which we can issue for 1 week. There is playground where we can play different outdoor games after lectures.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life was so good. It organizes extracurricular activities. The teachers also support our participation in such activities (I mean with attendance). I also made many friends during my time. In the end, I would say, it was worth being part of YB Chavan College of Pharmacy Aurangabad and I will definitely recommend future students join this one for higher studies.
