Sharda University Greater Noida Offers Admission through both Online and Offline Modes

In 2024, I was just a NEET-PG aspirant & totally confused about what to do in life then I got to know about Master’s program in Forensic Science offered by Sharda University Greater Noida and I was really fascinated upon hearing that. And, this was how I got admission in the Institution. Faculties didn’t make us feel like we are new students they were so involved with each students. Within one week, we got adapted to the surrounding, the discipline, the hygiene, and overall environment of the Institute. The cleanness was a cherry on top. They taught about our course so well that helped us understand every concept so well that it was difficult to find out that I had different course during my graduation. They organise fest in which different celebrities came and we had a lot of fun. They organise webinar, conference, workshop and they also take us for educational tours. Beside studies this University taught you how to make most of your time and life. you will fall and rise again and again. this University built your personality and shape you career. The placement here is so good that all you have to do is to focus on your studies and rest will be done by the University. I am so glad that I chose this University for my Post Graduation. They thing which make this University different from other is the faculty and the people working in it. The faculty keep their focus on each and every student and make sure no one is left behind and the people are so nice here that they will go beyond to help you if you need any assistance.

I opted this program because I was always interested in Applied Science. Helping people is something I always appreciate and do so what is better then helping then in getting justice. I opted this because I want to serve this country by any mean and what is more good way than this?? The criteria to be eligible for admission in this program was to get minimum 50% in your Graduation that’s it. I went to University for admission with my graduation degree, mark sheet, transfer certificate, ID proof & other documents. They verified the documents and organise the orientation session in order to get us familiar with the University and surroundings. It was a 2-year course with total of 4 semesters. Due to frequent lab visits, you will get a good practical exposure.

I had to pay Rs. 3,00,000/- for this course. The payment can be done either online or offline modes. Per year fees for forensic science course was Rs. 1,50,000/- which was divided as we have to pay Rs. 75,000/- per semester with Rs. 5000/- for examination fee. Students are advised to pay their fee on time as University fines an applicable late fee. If you have good percentage in you graduation or if you are child of an army personal than also you get some discounts. If you have appeared for any exam like CUET and scored good marks then also you get relaxation in the fees.

The faculties were top-notch with good qualification from recognised Institutions. Every faculty form a very friendly bond with students. Most of the faculty of my course hold a Ph.D degree in respective courses. They are literally the epitome of knowledge. They not only teach about the course but also about life like how to deal difficulty in any point of like. They teach you to be a good human before anything. The faculty mostly used PPTs to convey the knowledge apart from this they used 3D structures to make us more understand about the topic. They used to form group and do discussion about certain course topic and also make us do practical's for more in depth understanding. My experience was good with the faculties as they not only teach about the course but they also helped me for my NET presentation which I was finding difficult to do as I didn’t knew anything about the exam.

The placement provided by the University is good. They not only bring the companies but also prepare us for the interview and the placement. They organise workshop and conference to make us interact with the masters of the field and get us in touch with them.

Yes, the University does provide hostel facilities to students. Either one can take personal room which might be costly or can live in sharing which is affordable with either AC or non-AC it depends on one’s personal interest. You’ll get proper meal including breakfast, lunch, and dinner and evening snacks. They provide you facilities like Wi-Fi, laundry, room cleaning, and with proper safety. They had separate hostel for boys and girls. They food quality is good with proper hygiene. You should maintain discipline in the hostel, no ragging is allowed and if one found doing so then strict punishment shall be provided. The in-time for hostels are 8:00 PM, if you are getting late then you can contact the warden and tell her the reason. My experience was good as I was in sharing room. My roommates were so friendly and nice. They made my University life so amazing and full of fun.

The campus has total of 8 blocks with a definite structure. They classroom are so big with each class having maximum 50-student capacity. Each class has fans, AC, projector, charging points, and proper lightening. They have library in each block beside that they have one central library which is so big where you can easily concentrate and focus on your studies. They have labs for each course and on every floor. They have a seminar hall and also big auditoriums. The University has its own Volleyball court and Football ground. They have canteen facilities inside the campus with good food and at reasonable price and hygiene. They have their own hospital inside the campus which provide round the clock medical assistance. The security inside the campus is so good with proper CCTV cameras & security guards. My favourite thing was the Volleyball court where I used to go when I had any free class and do my studies there as I was so quiet and peaceful there. They had student login portal where we get most of our information and study material which I complements the most.

My overall campus life was full of knowledge, joy, memories and lots of learning. The University crowd is high diverse, multicultural & energetic . The crowd is culturally diverse PAN India and International students. There are clubs for different things such as Dance, Singing, Music, Photography, Fashion and much more. They organise fests like chorus, cultural night, and for students apart from this Diwali, Holi and other festivals are celebrated. My experience in this University was so good and I recommend future students to get enrolled in this for much better future and career opportunities.
