Chennai Institute of Technology is an Autonomous institution which is affiliated with Anna University and it is located in Sriperumbudur to Kundrathur Highways. The admission is done through Anna University councelling and management quota. In first and second round Anna University councelling more than 90% of seats can be filled. If you have good cutoff like more than 180 out of 200 can get the seats in Anna University counseling. The major advantage for this College is placement and best laboratory facilities for each and every department. Good playground facility and hostel facilities for the hostel peoples. The major disadvantage is the fees is somewhat higher than the other colleges.

It is an autonomous college so the fees structure is high and academics are Higher level and they teach us with proper practical knowledge and skills for placements. Eligibility is to get good cutoff marks in 12th in Tamilnadu Students. Chennai Institute of Technology has best social environment and good practical knowledge we can able to gain in this college.

Faculties are very talented and everyone completed Masters degree and lot of them completed PhD in this college. Faculty members are the most advantage for this college they are has good practical knowledge in subjects and futuristic innovative ideas. Every classroom has projectors for project the PPT and some of them using board to teach.

Placement is the top most advantage for our college the basic pay in this college is about 5-7 lakhs per annum. In last year the highest salary package was Rs. 44 lakhs per annum who placed in Amazon and lot of the students are placed in good CTC and both hardware and IT fields. Placement training is provided for the students in the beginning of 2nd year and lot of co curricular activities are conducted on the time of placement.

In our college taking national level admissions so the good maintained hostel facilities are provided for both boys and girls. They are changing food menu in the period of 5-6 months every time. Hostel is located nearby the college campus. So the transportation is not much needed for our college and located in highways so they can able to travel there native efficiently.

CIT is located in Sriperumbudur to Kundrathur Highways. It have the good infrastructure and very super facilities like laboratories and classrooms. College has mess facilities for both hostellers and day scholars. Good maintained playground and indoor stadium for indoor games. There are lots of buses available for nearby places among 20 routes.

The major advantage for Chennai Institute of Technology is they conducting the fests like a series of festival. It happens for 20 days in each and every department. Lot of clubs are available like Tamil club, NCC, NSS etc. Lot of sports events also conducted in every year our college. Rules are not too strict to compare other colleges.
