Overall Rating
Dr. V. S. Krishna Government Degree College is one of the good colleges in Visakhapatnam. In this college, academics are very good and the lecturers can teach the subject with clarity. There is a big library to read the books and we can also play games all over the ground and indoors. This college belongs to the Krishna University. I took up the B.Sc computers course. This course has proved to be very useful in the growth of my life. The course duration is of 3 years (6 semesters).
 

Academics Rating
My course is B.Sc computers which belong to programming. In this course we can easily study about the programming and its requirements are Java, C++, Photoshop, and some other basic structures. We are taught basic information of each program with clarity. This is useful to build the programs thus, I suggest taking B.Sc computers to build up a career in programming.
 

Faculty Rating
In the Dr. V. S. Krishna Government Degree College the faculty is very decent and simple. Their teaching methods are very simple, deep, clear, and meaningful. They teach this course in a very systematic programming manner. The faculty members’ background is very simple yet good and their style of teaching is also good. And if we have any doubts we can ask them to explain again with clarity.
 

Placement Rating
In Dr. V. S. Krishna Government Degree College the last academic year they conducted a placement drive. In these placement drives the companies that come are very good and well reputed like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, and Deloitte. I got placed at Wipro with the package of 3 LPA. The placement drives are very good and helpful for the students in building their careers.
 

Hostel Rating
In this college there are hostel facilities which are good and clean in manner. And one room is occupied by 4 members, plus the food provided is very good and tasty.
 

Infrastructure Rating
In Dr. V. S. Krishna Government Degree College there are separate academic blocks for B.Sc., BA, and BIPC. In these blocks there are other separate blocks which are easy to find. In these different blocks there is a library where students can read the books. There is a medical college building a few steps away from this college with many medical facilities.
 

Campus Rating
The campus is good and has all facilities that students require. On the last day of our college there was a fest organised with colorful lights and faces. In that fest we enjoyed very much. Around 50,000 students study here. In this college there is a scholarship program which helps students who secure 95% and above marks. This college is indeed memorable.
