Overall Rating
To begin with, the Pandit Neki Ram Sharma Government College, Rohtak is the oldest college in the state of Haryana. The existence of this institute dates back even before the independence of the country. Various political figures have emerged out of this college. Some of the prominent personalities include the current CM of Haryana i.e. Shri Manohar Laal Khattar Ji, he is the alumni of this college. We can safely say this college has a historical and even a cultural importance when it comes to the state of Haryana.
 

Academics Rating
When it comes to academics of the college, it is quite phenomenal. There is quality education provided to the students in the best way possible. There are various courses and programs that are offered to the students such as Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelors in Computer Applications, and Bachelors in Business Administration. The eligibility criteria and entry requirements are on the basis of merit and marks scored in class 12th board exams. There is an entrance exam conducted through MDU for Post Graduate Courses.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of the college are among the best persons who can teach you not just the academic part but also the morals of life. Most of the teachers are well educated and well trained in their field of specialty. Majority of the teachers are professors who have doctorate degrees and their style of teaching is also very understandable and simple.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, there is a dedicated placement cell in the college which helps students to get jobs once they are in the terminal stage of their specific courses.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, there are residential facilities such as hostels in the college. There are 2 boys’ hostels and 2 girls’ hostels available. Both the hostels are accompanied with mess facilities for food and water. The mess provides a good nutritional diet to the students.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are dedicated academic blocks in the campus for every specific field. Like there is BBA building, BA Building, BCA Building, B.Sc Building, and B. Com building. Also a striking feature of the campus is its library. The library of the college is considered as the best in government institutions in Haryana. Also there is ample greenery and gardens in the campus.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is great to be honest. You won't regret taking admission here. There are various cultural events and fests that are regularly organized in the college. There are also many extracurricular activities that are regularly organized by the college. Students can showcase their talents in the functions and programs of college. Overall the campus life in Neki Ram College is the best in Rohtak.
