MIET (Mangalmay Institute of Engineering and Technology) is situated in Greater Noida. This institute was established in the year 2002. It is a private institute affiliated with Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University. MIET is accredited by NAAC. In 2016, the institute received the "Education Excellence High Impact Award-2016" by Business World Magazine. The best part about this institute is their focus on studies. They have highly qualified faculty members with 10+ years of experience. In addition, they provide various facilities such as hostels, a sports complex, banking services, a canteen, a cafeteria, and transportation. MIET offers extensive placement support, ensuring numerous job opportunities for its students. Overall, you will receive comprehensive support at MIET.

In our institute, they provide 8+ courses. I chose B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering in the year 2017 by giving the JEE Mains entrance exam. They also accept UPCET entrance scores. The course fee is Rs. 1,20,000 per year. The admission process went smoothly because they helped in every possible way. I chose this institute because one of my friends suggested that this college is good and they have high package placement support. Other courses like BBA, BCA, and MBA are also available

In the Computer Science department, there are 8+ faculty members available. Most of the faculty members have 10+ years of experience. Their teaching style is very impressive. The lab assistants are very good because of whom I can learn coding. In every subject, they provide handwritten notes and books for better understanding. They check our assignments twice or thrice a month.

The institute provides the best placement support. They offer placements for both final and pre-final year students. For final year students, they provide pre-placement support, such as coding classes, aptitude classes, and communication skill classes. In our institute, one of the students got placed in Amazon with a package of 37 LPA. The average package in our institute is 8 LPA. Companies like IBM, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, TCS, and Genpact came for the placement drive.

I opted for the hostel, and they provide hostel support for both boys and girls. The rooms are 2 sharing and 3 sharing. The rooms are clean and not congested. For 2 sharing rooms, the price is Rs. 95,000 and for 3 sharing rooms, the price is Rs. 85,000. They provide three meals a day, and the food quality is very good because they change their menu every day. Every weekend, they clean all the rooms. The hostel is connected with a high-speed internet connection. The dining hall has ample space for eating. Hostel life is peaceful, and outsiders are not allowed in the hostel campus. The hostel is under surveillance with CCTV cameras.

The blocks are separate from each other. Our institute has a big library with 25,000+ books available. In addition to this, there are seminar halls, an auditorium room, computer labs, biotech labs, communication labs, and an incubation center. The faculty has separate blocks. Hostels are available for both boys and girls. A parking lot is available for outsiders, college faculty, and students.

My campus life is very memorable. Every year, they conduct annual sports events, annual functions, branch fests, and inter-college competitions where we can showcase our other abilities. There are clubs like the cultural club, gym club, and sports club. We also celebrate Holi, Diwali, Christmas, Independence Day, and Republic Day. Overall, we enjoy a lot, and we receive all kinds of support.
