Overall Rating
The institute is best for placement. Moreover if you are a hosteller, RMK is a much secured place. Even the below average student can get placed easily, because they start their training from the 1st year. Food is extremely good and hygiene. RMK is the only college who got 5 stars in the maintenance of kitchen in all over India.

Academics Rating
Academics are extremely good. For every department the curriculum is built by the industry experts. They have the concept called Centre of Excellence, through which they will train the students in the specific domains. This will be very useful for the students when they sit for placements. Also they will conduct tests on a daily basis to make the students get more marks.

Faculty Rating
Faculties are extremely knowledge persons. Most of the faculty in this college has completed their PhD. Along with the students; the teachers also will undergo the training process every year. They will train both in practical and theoretical manner so that students will be benefited.

Placement Rating
Yes, RMK has a placement cell. They will focus heavily on the placement of every student. The average salary is 5 LPA.

Hostel Rating
Yes, Hostel is available. The hostel is extremely well maintained and cleaned by the servants.

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is quite good. There will be separate buildings for every department. The infrastructure is quite large and spacious. The college is fully surrounded by trees. This will greatly enhance the learning of the student. College library is extremely good and contains more than 10,000 varieties of books.

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is good, but there will be no enjoyment. Literally they will conduct only Symposium as a function. Other than that, we cannot find any cultural activities in the college. And of course there is no college tour. The main focus of the college is only to train the students in the manner of getting placed.

I'm currently pursuing 3rd year in RMK Engineering college and the overall experience of the college was pretty good. If I see overall the first thing that comes to mind is their placement. Their placement record is pretty solid and companies come for campus placements right from the 6th semester, so for those people who wants a guarantee for placement, I would say that RMK is the best choice. And the other facilities like buses, food, labs, and the overall environment of the college is really g... Read Full Review

The main thing that comes into mind when we select RMK College is the security that is provided. The college provides more security for each and every student whether it may be a hosteller or days scholar, either by providing busses to the respective homes of students or the hostels that are provided to hostellers and the second thing that comes into mind is that the food they provide is very good. For academics also they take additional care of the students. They also encourage each individual ... Read Full Review

It is an Anna University Affiliated college and the admission process is done through TNEA counseling conducted by Anna University and management quota. It is a Tier I engineering self financing college. I had joined this college with my parents suggestions and I had joined through the counseling. It is the best college for choosing sports and academics not for development of practical knowledge. It is somewh... Read Full Review
