Overall Rating
I joined Rajeev Gandhi Memorial College of Engineering and Technology in the year 2019. My first year experience was beautiful. When I was in the mid of second semester we had Covid holidays. But we had regular classes and interaction with the faculty. College atmosphere is very good. Academics and placement training are very good. We got trained with top training centers.
 

Academics Rating
Academics wise the college is very good. 50% faculty members are PhD holders. As I am an ECE students we have to do the mini project and major project in the 3rd and 4th years of our degree. We did our projects with proof of concept (working model) even our projects have been selected for many competitions. Selection criteria for getting the ECE seat is to get less than 20,000 rank in AP EMCET. Our college is famous for the ECE course.
 

Faculty Rating
Most of the faculty members are from reputed engineering colleges and universities. Every faculty helps the individual student to understand the concept very clearly. The class room teaching will be practically reflected in laboratory. Our labs have good condition instruments. 4 to 5 students will be assigned to a faculty for their projects.
 

Placement Rating
ECE branch students get more placement opportunities than other branch students. This is because of the strong grip of concepts. Even we got placed in core companies. Most of the companies are top most MNCs. At the end every student holds at least 2 to 3 offers.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Our college was built in the year 1995 that means 25 years ago. At that time college was built with a good plan with blocks for different branches. Even a new person can find any place without any guidance. Every place is full of greenery as we have lot of trees and garden and it is maintained daily. A fountain is there in the middle of the college which attracts everyone.
 

Campus Rating
One of the main things to mention is our college fests. We have at least one program in a month. Students can participate in the programs. In fact the students are the organizers of the programs. College conducts hackathons, cultural events, expos, webinars, and many more events. Our college has one dance club also. Our college has two clubs namely IIC and SAC.

    It is one of the best engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh. 90% of placement offers. I have chosen this college, because of its experience in educating the students. Less college fee is also the reason for me to choose this college. I can suggest others to join this college, because one can easily adapt for the college and hostel atmosphere, even the food in hostel can be liked by everyone.     The foremost reason why I chose this institute is about the studies in this college. The academic regulation is very good. As an Electronic and Communication Engineering student I can say that this institute is good to enhance the skills and explore new things.
