Lloyd Business School BBA Review By Prashant Rajput

Hi, I am Prashant Kumar I am pursuing a BBA from Lloyd business school which is located at knowledge park-ll, in the heart of Greater Noida. First of all, I would like to give a brief introduction to my college as well as my experience after studying in this particular college. The college is an AICTE approved independent educational private institute. The college is operational since 2004 with 16 years of academic excellence.

LBS is guided by the philosophy of combining theoretical knowledge with practical knowledge applications to create skilled, highly trained, ethically, conscious, and employable professionals. If we talk about the overall reputation of the college then it now comes in 1st rank in India Today among all the north Indian colleges for Bachelors in Business studies. All the classroom has fully furnished sitting arrangements as well as regular working ACs on the whole campus.

I started my graduation in the year 2018 and joined BBA for my graduation and I must say I am highly satisfied with the service that is provided by the college in all manners. Firstly I'll start with the infrastructure of the college which is worth visiting as every class ground sports area auditoriums are well maintained and in good working condition. The college believes in creating learning opportunities not only in the theoretical aspect but also in the practical aspect which is more important for every student who has enrolled in some of their provided courses.

The academic programs are centered on three keystones i.e. concepts, application, synthesis. I took this course as I am really interested in business as well as entrepreneur knowledge and looking forward to making my career in this particular field and I feel that they have fulfilled all my expectations regarding this course and will help me get a better job after I finish my graduation. For all the diploma courses our college has collaborated with IBM who provides their experts for the classes and gives placement in their own company. In the current situation, they are also providing an E-learning platform for the student's unstoppable learning.

Talking about the overall review about the faculties I have to mention that for my course there are 15 to 20 teachers at present teaching the classes and taking regular classes and there are more than 100 faculties in our college who are actively teaching the students to make them better in learning. All the teachers that are teaching are highly experienced and they all have work teaching experience of more than 5 years and are well qualified in their particular field.

It is very necessary to know if a teacher has knowledge about the subject or is she really able to explain the idea she has in her mind. Sometimes teachers are filled with knowledge but they are unable to express it due to the lack of teaching experience. In that case, our college makes sure to appoint well-experienced teachers who can easily interact with the students and can make the classes more fun learning.

The college assures me to provide the best placement after graduation and I personally feel that this will be their major focus once I reached the end of my graduation year. During the final year of college, they start the placement procedure by inviting different companies for the interviews and workshops and make sure that we all get a good amount of package from our jobs. Also, we have experienced so many interviews and according to the previous observation, all the seniors have got a good job after graduating from our college.

The best part of inviting the different company is even if do not get the jobs in one to go still we can learn from the mistakes and try to make all the necessary changes that are required to make our resume more perfect for those kinds of jobs. The college has collaborated with multiple companies for the placement and some of them include; IBM, Technodata, Safeducate, Rawmind, Agrawal Movers and Packers, Ixambee, Techsci Research, and many other companies to provide the best recruitment to the students. They also provide the recommendation letter to the students which they can use in the future to get the desired jobs as well.

The college has different branches for a different type of courses hence they provide same hostel facility for all the courses which mean the student from different branches live under the same roof that is located in Greater Noida itself and all the facilities that are needed for a hosteller are provided to the students that include food, resident, properly washed clothes, cafeteria, working staffs who are available all the time as they also live inside the hostel only for any sudden emergency.

I feel this is the best option when students from different backgrounds live together as they all can share their living with other students who belong to different courses. It is an opportunity to interact with unlike-minded people and knows their point of view on any topic as all of them have a different perspective.

The infrastructure of the college is highly maintained as they believe in providing the best service to the students and make sure that student takes proper interest and come regularly to the college for the classes and therefore they have created a good infrastructure in all the departments that include: classrooms, sports ground, cafeterias, labs, hostels, etc. the college is filled with greenery and they make sure to keep them green and make the environment vibrant for the students.

The students are more attracted because of the good infrastructure and all the greenery but the main highlight is that the college has its own cafeteria which is not some random canteen instead it is a renowned brand "Café Coffee Day" which is very popular among the students especially those who belong to this college-age group as they believe in following the trends and these kinds of fascinating places attract them automatically.

Honestly talking about the campus life the college has right now is worth flaunting as the keep the students interested by organizing regular workshops as well as they organize live events where renowned celebrities are invited and they interact with the students and share their experiences to motivate the students and help them make the best decisions for their life.

Till now so many celebrities have come to the college's biggest fest and the name of the fest is Catalyst fest where celebrities like Jass Manak and Kumar Sanu were the chief guest and performed for their audience on stage. The workshops organized by the college are very helpful for the students as they get the chance to interact with the outside world and know the challenges they have to face after finishing college.
