The honest review of my college as per my opinion would be average as it is a bit negligent in terms of conducting college fests, proper conduction of student clubs which are extremely beneficial, and towards the lack of leisure related activities such as outdoor sports. I particularly chose this institute because of its good placement in the Computer Science stream.

Interested students can take the SAAT exam that is specifically conducted by the university or can directly take the admission through their JEE performance. As I have heard students having a score of more than 75% in both 10th as well as 12th and having more than 80 percentile in JEE can successfully get the Computer Science Stream. However, if the student takes the SAAT exam then their streams would be determined by their performance in the SAAT exam. The placements of the technology streams are very good in this college, with 100% placement guarantee.

Faculties are good in my college. Their style of teaching is very depictive in nature. They are very frank and teach us the topic with keen interest. They are always eager to help their students in case of any doubts. They are always ready to help us with our problems academically as well the problems that we face in our day to day life. They teach us about the present scenario of the placements and the interview rounds which make us aware of our targets. The teachers mostly are highly qualified most having doctorate degrees in their particular subjects.

Yes, we have a placement cell at the institute. Top MNC's like Amazon, Microsoft, Adobe ,Capgemini, Cognizant, etc. takes only handful of students those who secure good in their aptitude, coding and interview rounds, rest companies are more or less mass recruiters, which offer less packages comparatively. We become eligible for placement right from the 3rd year of college. The college provides various opportunities to participate in various internships and help to collect certificates which help in good CV reports. After completing the course there are many opportunities available for students after the computer science stream. The placement cells are dutiful to their purpose and provide apt judgments during the time of placements of students at the suitable companies.

Students can opt for hostels during the admissions itself. Hostel Facilities are good according to my point of view. There are currently 13 boys’ hostels. I do not have much idea about the girls’ hostels. The rooms of some hostels are somewhat cozy but the right roommates will definitely create a good environment for studies and other college related work. Different types of rooms are available as per the student's choice like 3 occupancy (AC and non-AC), 4 occupancy (non-AC), and 2 occupancy (AC). Lift facilities are available only in 5 hostels out of 13 hostels currently. The rooms have fans and are well lit with LED tube lights. All the hostels are well equipped with generators and high speed Wi-Fi. In my hostel each floor had 3 toilets and 3 bathrooms on either sides of the floor, equipped with 2 geysers on the both sides, with proper hygiene maintained for the 3 urinals, 3 wash basins as well as the latrines on each side of the floor. No recreational activities are provided to the hostellers. Being a private institute they have made more hostels in the open area (playground) that were dedicated to the hostellers to play. So no outdoor sports can be properly enjoyed near any of the boys’ hostels. Students somehow manage to play cricket or badminton in straight roads in between the hostels.

The infrastructure is good as it constitutes different academic blocks for different streams like Mechanical Engineering Block, Civil Engineering Block, and more. Infrastructure also includes the institute’s library. A whole building is dedicated to the college library, which consists of innumerable books, encyclopedias, guide books, magazines, etc. Classrooms are hygienic and well equipped. Each classroom has at least one AC. Also an entire building is dedicated to the food center which contains the college cafeteria, paid mess, and juice counter among other things.

Campus life is average according to me as there are very less college clubs. Being a CSE student I found that there are almost none technology related clubs. There are other clubs like Photography Club, Literary Club, etc. but the college lacks in specific stream clubs which I think is a major drawback. I have observed that the seniors are friendly. They guide us through the problems that we face and show us the possible ways to face and solve it. They share their experiences in the college itself to make us more familiar to the unknown things and how things work in our college. They guide us with major insights from time to time which I think is quite helpful. Online events are conducted from time to time with numerous students participating in it. It is always a good experience to showcase our skills and to learn new things from the online events. Again I would say that more offline events should be conducted to keep the students target oriented, motivated, and on the right track. The college is rather mixed up as I have observed. Being a private college all types and kinds of students from different parts of the country as well as states have took admission in it.
