One of the top 10 colleges in Mumbai, a dream college for the few remaining students, and one of the best management colleges to graduate. Kishinchand Chellaram College, Mumbai (Churchgate). Integration with HSNC (Hyderabad Sindh National Collegiate). The first college to be awarded an A grade from the NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council). I have to say “A".

The rapid adoption of a graduation college I have seen among the various colleges in Mumbai and the relevant administrators and volunteers have provided the best leadership to make the process faster and easier. A student-friendly ability that makes it better management to rely on.

I wanted to be accepted for one of the fastest courses among people these days. Bachelor's of Mass Media (BMM) degree. It was a tough competition to gain acceptance as there were seats reserved for the “Open“ category students as per the education guidelines. As the process was online acceptance. K.C college had the highest cut even in the third round. Luckily, I found my name appearing on the second entry sheet.

I joined Media Studies as I always wanted to work on the Digital Platform and satisfy my hobby of being an Actor and A Fashion Model and K.C gave me a way to go. Academic and Practical courses have a great impact on students because they cover each topic with a variety of features. As I said, one of the fastest graduate courses therefore, It will be useful for long-term careers.

Mass Media is each semester with 6 subjects and a certificate course. So, I had chosen a certificate course. Seven professors have made me shine in all fields of Media. Complete college skills form a large group with a strong foundation for student learning. Each teacher with their bright and sharp mind with a great qualification in Teaching and long good teaching years makes the learning environment much easier and better.

Effective practical exposure and assignments helped me to explore research on media-related topics. The curriculum is well balanced as well as the technology of K.C College.

K.C College has one of the top companies and organizations linked to the student placement cell. I have a lot of friends who have passed and graduated from K.C College and are housed in very good companies and a few with good role models. Sadly, thanks to COVID-19 everything has turned into a digital platform but guess what?

K.C has never taken a step back, online job interviews from home and posting on company profiles that hire students. Therefore, that has been a great help to students in such difficult times. About 50-60% of the students are employed as Interns by various companies and organizations through online interviews.

A hostel facility is not provided, but there are many good Paying Guest Apartments in the nearby location at very affordable rates for a student.

According to Bombay Streets, K.C College has a large campus area of 70,000 sq ft with a large two-floor air-conditioned auditorium with a large stage and 3 green rooms behind the main stage. Next to the hall is a lawn used for an amazing kitchen where we meet all our co-workers and fellow mates to discuss projects or spend quality time with lots of delicious snacks.

K.C is also known for its excellent non-academic activities and there are 4 combined-long classrooms as major sports and non-academic activities room for the whole practice. As I said, K.C is a very student-friendly college/university. It is equipped with all the major health care benefits of all first aid kits and emergency department contacts near campus. They regularly organize free medical examinations, health camps, workshops, and more in good recognition of good health and well-being.

The best and biggest time in college. Intercollegiate festival (KIRAN). Oh, what a wonderful feeling It was when I volunteered for the latest fest. The number of people you meet from all the departments, you work together day and night, you get along, you run across the campus, look at many events and whatnot.

Those 3 magical days are one of the most memorable memories of my life and how they were drawn with help of Principal Ma'am (Hemlata K. Bagla), department coordinators, teaching and non-teaching staff with the same motive to make KIRAN successful and better each year.
