Overall Rating
This educational institution is situated in the capital city of state Jharkhand. College is well known for its recent development in infrastructure and placement. Our Institution recently made its place in the list of Institute of national importance and got its name in the list of IITs and NITs. NIAMT college clearly a dream college for me.
 

Academics Rating
Academics in our college are quite good and decent. There are departments like Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgy and Materials Engineering, Foundry engineering, and recently a new branch Computer Engineering added to the course. Lectures Hall is big enough to hold the strength of 100 students in our college. Classes are held from 9 to 5 so academics in our college are hectic also. Along with b tech course diploma course is also offered by this Institute.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty of our Institute is very good and decent. They are very expert and have a lot of experience in their respective subject. Their teaching methods are quite modern and effective. Almost 30 professors including assistant and associate professor are there in each department. Clearly faculty of our college is well qualified and experienced.
 

Placement Rating
There is heavy increment in the placement record of our college. The overall average package of this year in our college is almost 10 LPA. Being in state of Jharkhand the big firm like Tata and other company recruit from our college. This year 3 students from our college revive placement offers from big companies.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel building in our college is good. But hostel allotted in first year of college is not that good so don't expect a good hostel in first year. In the first you will be given double occupancy hostel room which is quite congested. In second year, you will get solo room which is quite big and good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of our college is improving day by day. There are recent developments in the infrastructure of our college. New buildings are being constructed for new department of our college. Lectures building is well maintained and loaded with new technology in lectures hall. Sports faculties are also there in our college. Departmental library along with central library is also present in our college.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life of our college is quite decent and enjoyable as various fest and sports activity are happening throughout the year in our college. City life is not that good as main city is quite far from our campus but there is good transport facility present so there is access of city. Campus area of our college is 65 acre all buildings are near to each other including hostels.

    This is one of the prestigious institutes in Jharkhand. Earlier, it was under Jharkhand University of Technology (JUT) but, today it is a deemed university. The alumni of this institute are present at good place in India and also in foreign. Many are head and managing directors of companies.     NIAMT located at Hatia, Ranchi is filled with greenery all around. This institute is Asia's only institute that trains students in the field of Foundry and Forge technology. Even though it is a core branch based institute, with the evolution of Computer Branch in the institute, it has started a path towards IT with manufacturing skills.     More than 2 years have been passed and institute life seems to be decent. National Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology do not have a big campus area still the institute is worth taking admission due to its fees and low student intake. I choose this institute due to its advancement in manufacturing technology which is as per standards and need of the nation. Being in the state of Jharkhand, it provides a lot of placement opportunities for core branches like mechanical, material science, and production engineering.
