I am a B.Tech 2nd year student. I chose this college as I was a dropper COVID batch, and the college was recently added under the JAC counseling earlier it was under the IPU. I was getting Engineering physics in DTU, but I considered this college as I was getting CSE branch in it. And also, there was no information about the college and my counseling was done in DTU.I assumed this college will be fine as it is under JAC. By going to the college, I found this college not that good. Overall, it is average college.

The academic review of the college is average. You will find some of the professor helpful and some not which is normal in every institute. Eligibility criteria for this college is you have given the JEE main and secured an average rank. In the first year you are introduced to python and c as coding language that too only basic. You are given assignment timely. There are criteria of 75% attendance in the college. The timing of the college is 9am to 4:30pm. Then you are introduced to DSA in C and Oops in C++. The minimum passing mark in each subject is 33%. If you fail in 2 subjects, then there is a year back. Each consists of 55 marks of internal which you can score by class assignment, lab assignment, practical, practical notebook, quiz, projects and 45 is for external which include 25% of mid semester and rest of end semester. There are also 5 marks for attendance.

You will find some of the professor helpful and some are strict which is normal in every institute but all of them are supportive. They will come and take the lecture timely and help you in solving your doubts and respond to your message any time after the college also. The syllabus will be completed by them on time. They give you marks according to your performance and timely submission. The labs are good in working condition although you will find some of equipment not working but the lab assistant is also helpful. The other faculties from the academic branch are not that supportive like if you want to get the fee slip you have to give application then also after that you have to visit the main campus which is at Dwarka campus. For submission of leave application, you have to give it to the HOD and that also you don’t get any mail whether your application is approved or not. The result is declared in the ERP of college which is also too late.

The placement of this college is average like 7-8 LPA that too in mechanical branch as the college was made for them recently ECE and CSE was introduced like we are the 2nd batch. So, you will find all tie up with that domain related companies. The highest package is also from the student when the college is under IPU. There is no placement cell in the college.

There is no hostel in the college.

The infrastructure of this college is not good. I mean there is not a playground. There is one basketball court and two badminton courts, and their condition is also just okay. There is no auditorium in the college and one which was there almost capacity of 50-seater got burned due to short circuit so at present there is no auditorium. The classes are also not so big almost it gets full in 60-70 strength. Overall, the campus is not up to the mark that you expect even schools are better. There is a library which is something I mean good in condition. The labs are good in working condition although you will find some of equipment not working. There is no Wi-Fi in the college. There is no camera in the classes outside the corridor, library some of them are working and some not also. There is a small canteen which provides you food at minimal price. And small sitting area around it. There is no air conditioner in the classes but some of the labs a.

The campus life is something you will miss in this college. There are no guest lecturers, no functions/fests, and no sports equipment. There are mainly two clubs in the college one is for the coders and other for cultural activities like dance, music that too made by our seniors. Only once a fresher's party that too at lower budget. The new building of the college which is showed everywhere may or may not be there in next 2-3 year. Its construction may start after I will pass out or not. If you are the one who doesn't want it and have faith in yourself and have the guts to do something on your own or you don't have any options, then take admission.
