My department has a lot of very experienced faculty, with most of the permanent staff already having a PhD (if not pursuing one) from reputed universities in India like IITs and NITs. Many of the older faculty members also have over 20 years of experience in the education sector. The teaching staff is very friendly, and is very knowledgeable in their respective subjects. The faculties are its highly professional and experienced from colleges like IIT Bombay. They all have great knowledge about their subject; they know how to teach each student according to skills and knowledge. The teachers are very compassionate. We have two tutors who will look after all student activities throughout the 4 year course. All the faculties teach very well. They always helped us throughout our college journey. Even the lab faculty and other guest teachers are very nice. There is a good relationship between the teachers and students.
