Rashtriya Raksha University Ahmedabad Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

RRU is quite big and the best part is that it is highly secured. Every time we come in we are checked twice and even for our families to enter the campus permission is required. There are many buildings as college has added new departments. Hostels have become sparse and therefore two hostels have been built off campus too. There are two cafeterias and gardens inside the campus. Unwind activities are also awesome as football ground and badminton courts are always filled with students playing even under floodlights.

Campus life is fantastic and I think post college hours the chitchats in the hostels room is a different story. The first thing that we learned at the campus was that we will represent new India and that is what we all will symbolize. Rashtriya Raksha University, Ahmedabad has better infrastructure than some of the NLUs. We have fountains, gardens, sports field, hostels, and moot courts. Campus is well maintained and clean.

Our annual fest ‘Aarambh’ is a type of event that I have never seen in my life. Luckily, Rajasthan students are in good numbers here and therefore, I immediately made a lot of friends. Studies are honestly quite hectic. University is in little isolation so, I spend most of my time in classes. There is a ‘Lake Cafe’ close to our campus which is quite relaxing to sit and chill. The campus of RRU Ahmedabad is in a remote location. The University understands that and therefore they provide sports facilities, hostels, and top class cafes. There are four cafes and one of them remains open all the time. Even library is huge and although our University lacks departmental libraries but the common or the central library has books for every courses in the campus.

We have lovely seniors and they help us a lot. Aarambh is our annual fest in which all the departments come together for Jam Sessions, sports, and debate competitions. It was the second best event as University's top event for me has to be Rangratri which is Navratri celebrations.Read Full Review
