At the Wi-Fi enabled NICMAR University Pune campus, a multitude of AC classrooms & tutorial rooms have been developed at the academic blocks. These classrooms are also equipped with AV systems, interactive display panels, LCD projectors, and other ICT facilities to enrich the learning experience of the students.
To organise academic & cultural events, there is a main and mini auditorium at the University & one of these have accommodation capacity of around 1271 students. Moreover, around 5 conference halls, seminar halls / rooms, and board rooms are available at the campus.

- Library: Spread over the area of around 300 square metres, the central library of the Institution is stacked with huge array of educational resources such as 26270+ books (including thesis), 2345+ bound volumes of journals, 50+ periodicals, around 270 AV aids, 2390+ CDs, and the list goes on. Spacious reading halls along with dedicated sections for circulation, acquisition, reference, etc. are present at the library.
Besides this, upto 8 desktops are available at the library so that students can access digital learning material from the databases such as ScienceDirect, Scopus, Elsevier, etc. The central library also provides printing and photocopying facilities.
- Laboratories: Within the campus of the National Institute of Construction Management and Research University, there are around 10 computer laboratories & sitting capacity of each of these labs range from 42 to 68 students. Altogether, approximately 823 new generation systems have been outfitted in the computer labs & other parts of the academic blocks so that students can work over their research, assignments, and other academic work.
Also, students of Architecture, Planning, and Management departments can perform different experiments & learn practical skills at the fully-equipped laboratories. Survey & Model Making lab, Environment & Chemistry lab, Survey & Model Making lab, etc. are some of these labs.

- Sports: The University provides state-of-the art indoor and outdoor sports amenities like grounds & courts for Cricket, Football, Basketball, Badminton (nearly 4), etc. Moreover, at the recreation hall, amenities for indoor games like 4 TT Tables, 2 Chess & 5 Carom Boards, and so on are available for the students.
