IIIT Manipur Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

Infrastructure of IIIT Manipur was constructed in 2015, so its campus in Senapati is under construction which may become operational in few years. The institute is currently running in Mantripukhri, in total area of 13 acres but it is a very beautiful place.

Campus life is average because the time table of the classes is quite tough. Everyday from 10 PM to 6 PM, you have classes or labs. Sometimes, there can be some free periods, in which you can play or study or can do whatever you like.Read Full Review

We have highly equipped and air-conditioned labs both for EC and CS departments. We have two normal working labs for Analog EC, one VLSI dedicated lab for cadence and two Digital Communication labs. We have three labs for the CS department. Labs are highly equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and equipment. We have air-conditioned classrooms. Our temporary campus is small in size, and the overall size of the institute is 10 acres. A new campus is under construction in Senapati district, and it is estimated that the construction will be completed by 2025.

Campus life is good and there is multiple tech, cultural and sports clubs in the institute. Multiple cultural events take place throughout the year; one Tech-fest named Ahouba took place last year, where multiple tech related competitions took place. The students come from all over India and the majority of the students come from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Andhra Pradesh. There is a strong coding environment in the institute.Read Full Review

College campus is Small but is good enough. The permanent campus is currently under construction which is 10-12 times this temporary campus. Academic block and classroom are good as these buildings is not that much old. There is also an auditorium inside the campus for the events and programmers. It also has a football ground in the campus.

Campus life is bit average but better than what you expect in Manipur. It is in heart of Imphal and near the airport so, all basic ammonites are easily available. The nature here is good so you will get positive vibe being here.Read Full Review
