Royal Global University Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules, Guwahati

There are around 4 well-maintained Royal Global University hostels namely ‘Aditya House’, ‘Harsha House’, and others which can collectively accommodate over 1200 male and female students.

Also, single, double, triple and other occupancy rooms are available inside the hostels of Royal Global University which are air-conditioned and consist of requisite furniture / fixtures including bed, study table, chair, and others.

Students opting to stay at the hostels will have to compulsorily deposit the prescribed hostel charges which will vary according to the chosen type & occupancy of the room. The annual Royal Global University hostel fees including mess charges ranges from Rs. 1,00,000/- to Rs. 3,00,000/- and the detailed information is as follows:

Students choosing to stay at the Royal Global University hostels should make sure to abide by the following rules:

• Hostellers shall strictly avoid interchanging rooms with other hostel residents or shift into a vacant room without taking permission from the warden.
• If any furniture / fixtures are found damaged or missing then students will be liable to pay 3 times the cost of the respective item.
• Residents are not allowed to stay outside the premises of the hostel after 07:30 PM and if they opt to stay out then they should make sure to return by 08:00 AM (on weekdays) / 07:30 AM (weekends & other holidays).
• Hostellers will not be permitted to stay within the Royal Global University Guwahati hostels during class hours i.e., 09:00 AM to 05:15 PM on all weekdays without prior permission.
• Students should not keep any unauthorised electrical gadgets like press iron, heaters, induction, etc. inside the rooms.
• Residents should not bring / consume any type of intoxicants within the hostel premises otherwise they will have to face strict disciplinary actions.
• Any form of ragging inside the hostels will not be entertained.

There are around 2 girls (Samaya House & Harsha House) and 2 boys (Aditya House & Heyansh House) hostels inside the Royal Global University Campus which offers reliable residential facilities to over 1200 students. There are air-conditioned dormitories and 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5-seater rooms at the educational Institution’s hostels which are allotted by the respective authorities on a first-come-first-serve and availability basis.

Along with this, the Royal Global University hostel rooms are fully-equipped with a bed, almirah, study table, and chair so that residents do not have to compromise with their comfort and can enjoy & grow within a home-like environment. There are numerous mess rules that students should follow and few of these are stated below:

• Hostellers are not allowed to enter the kitchen area and they should avoid instructing the mess staff.
• Taking any type of mess property inside the hostel rooms is not permitted.
• Residents should make sure to have their meals only inside the dining halls.
• Non-vegetarian food is strictly not allowed inside the hostel premises, however, students who have a habit of eating non-vegetarian food items will be served with the same 2-3 times a week at the ‘Royal Dhaba’ which is present outside the University’s campus.
