College of Engineering Muttathara Thiruvananthapuram Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

About the buildings they are really small. Not so big in height that it is not permitted in the area because an airport is really close to the campus. The college has 4-5 buildings and enough class rooms to occupy every student. The size of classrooms is also big to hold students close to 65. The fans and light of the classrooms are properly in working condition. But the class rooms doesn't have inbuilt projectors. In the campus free Wi-Fi is available, but it cannot be accessible from every part of the college. I hope the Wi-Fi accessibility will increase in the upcoming years. The campus has a lot of free space which are not even usable. They look like a grass forest. They can really use the place for building new buildings or they can just make it a playground. No playground is available in the campus. That is really a negative. The campus has filter accessibility in every block. They need to clean it properly. But I'm not sure cleaning processes is not done frequently. But it is improving now days. The bathroom facilities are also good which looks clean. The campus doesn't have proper workshop except for the computer science branch. Rest others look like a temporary setup.

The students and people working at different aspect for the college are friendly enough. The seniors are too friendly to the juniors. There is no raging in the campus. I think that it is because of the strict rules, but the seniors are just so chill. They wouldn't even try to rag. Our college has active clubs. We don’t even get enough funds from the management to do fest. But the organisers doing a good job with the fund they are getting. We don’t even have stage to do programs. They just build a temporary setup for fests and events to occur. The campus doesn't even have a proper ground for tournaments to occur or we can't even play outdoor games properly in our college. In the case of indoor games, they can be managed well inside the campus itself. I hope they work on this and provide students a spacious ground real quick. We have to do our inter-college sports events outside the campus, which is not positive about the college.Read Full Review
