AIMS provide practical learning

There's a strange myth that management students can only contribute in a bank. Thus, banks remained very much the flavour of the placements as we had nearly 12 banks like PNB, Axis, HDFC, Kotak, and RBL to cover their lost ground. So, I looked at the other options, and it was Asian Paints that gave me the role I was looking for. They sent me to their plant in Gujarat, and since I belong from Gujarat, I had no problems leaving Mumbai and finding a new workspace for me in Gujarat. MMS students mostly were offered salary packages in the range of 6-7 lakhs, and some of the students managed to get over 10 lakhs as they had 2-3 years of prior experience.Read Full Review
