JSS Banashankari Arts, Commerce & S.K. Gubbi Science College Dharwad Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

JSS has one of the biggest campuses in Dharwad, as said before Vidyagiri has all from JSS schools to JSS post graduation colleges. There are good and enough no. of classrooms, there's a huge library in the campus with thousands and lakhs of books available in all streams. Laboratories are well equipped with necessary equipment, chemicals and things with good arrangements. My subject was biotechnology; biotech laboratory had all the big equipments like laminar air flow cabinet (LAF), centrifuge, incubator and necessary glassware. College has a quadrangle and a playground. There are facilities of cafeterias, book stores and general stores in the campus. There are two auditoriums, one for conducting fests like freshers, farewells, science day etc. and the other for arts students.

Campus life is one of the best times. There are different types of fests conducted; cultural activities are integral part of JSS campus. All of the special days like science day, sports day, women's day, environmental day are celebrated sportingly. There is a playground covering a big area, no. of tournaments are held, where students play up to state and national level and bring prizes and glory to the college, sad thing is because of COVID many things have stopped, events which were supposed conduct haven't conducted.
