The Training and Placement Cell organises Career Development Program. Its aim is to develop employability skills of students and help them get placed. This cell is responsible for conducting on- campus and off- campus interviews for students. It encourages industrial visits for students to offer experiential learning. Skill enhancement program is organised as well as online aptitude tests are conducted by the T&P Cell for grooming of students. Overall, the cell enhances students’ soft skills and nurtures their professional skills to provide them with a competitive edge in getting placement.

Some of the main organisations that visit the campus for placements are: Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Pharmaleaf India Private Limited, Incepbio, Biodeal Health care Pvt., Ltd, Indegene Pvt. Ltd, Novartis India Ltd, Life Pharma, etc.

The campus has spacious buildings with lush green garden and is located 4 Kilometers from the centre of Mysore. It is well connected to the main transportation routes. The campus of the college provides access to internet connectivity for students. The pharmacy college provides many facilities for the comfort of students some of which are described below:

• Laboratories: The pharmacy college comprises fully equipped laboratories where students can get exposure to practical experiments. These laboratories help students in conducting experiments and gain new insights into pharmacy and allied sciences.
• Library: The library in this college fulfills learning requirements of students by offering a diverse collection of different books, journals and volumes on pharmaceutical and allied sciences. The library is equipped with digital facilities and is fully automated. In this library, 100+ students can study at a time.
• Hostel: The College has a very spacious and comfortable hostel for boys as well as girls and has well equipped recreational facilities like chessboard, table tennis, carom board, and various other facilities. The hostel also offers Wi-Fi facilities with well furnished rooms. It consists of various modern facilities like 24-hour security system, hygienic kitchens, 24x7 hot water systems, solar steam cooking system, indoor sports arena, and many more.
• Sports: Sports like badminton, cricket, football, baseball, chess, basketball, table tennis, lawn tennis, etc are available. Students are encouraged to participate in sports. Indoor and outdoor sports facilities are provided to enhance physical activities and develop confidence among students. Students can participate in sports tournaments as well. It ensures that the interests of athletes are promoted through athletic events such as shotput, discus throw, javelin throw, etc.
