There is a Placement Cell at the Institute which helps students in identifying the career path in their stream and provide requisite skills to them to meet the industrial standards. Through the iLEAD Kolkata Placement assistance, Internship opportunities are offered to the students which helps them in getting practical exposure in their chosen field.

The cell focuses on the overall personality development of the students and in order to do so, they conduct following activities:

• Seminars
• Live Projects

Numerous companies are invited to hire the students of Institute of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Development. Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Infosys, PwC, Airtel, TCS, ABP Digital, and Reliance Retail are some of the top recruiters of the Institute.

Within the iLEAD Kolkata Campus, requisite academic and non-academic facilities are available as it directly impacts the overall growth & development of the students.

The classrooms of the University are air-conditioned and have audio-visual equipment, LED projector, whiteboards, etc. which makes the student’s learning environment more interactive & engaging. In addition, multiple studios are there in some of the departments to provide a dedicated learning space to the students.

Following points contain the campus facilities that are provided by the Institute to enhance the overall experience of the students:

• Library: The Institute’s library namely, ‘Fountainhead’ which contains several learning materials like books, journals, CDs / DVDs, and e-resources. In addition, more than 150 students can be accommodated within the library at a time. A digital library is present with sufficient online databases to make the learning more flexible & inclusive for the students.
• Laboratories: iLEAD Kolkata has set up numerous fully-equipped computer labs within the premises to ensure equitable access to technology. Moreover, some of the departments have high-tech laboratories such as Advanced Media Labs, Animation Labs, Optometry Lab, and others to provide hands-on experience to the students in the chosen stream.
• Auditoriums: Multiple auditoriums are there at the campus and one of them is centrally air-conditioned and can accommodate more than 250 students. Moreover, the auditorium contains backstage area, projector, audio-visual aids, green room, and other required amenities.
• Seminar Hall: A 100-seater seminar hall is built by the Institute to organise seminars, workshops, and other educational events.
• Cafeteria: Multiple canteens or cafeterias including ‘Taj Sats’ are present within the Institute’s premises with sufficient seating arrangement. These canteens provide convenient access to the nutritious meals which are available at subsidised rate.
• Hostels: The Institute arranges off-campus PG facilities for the outstation students to make their stay comfortable and safe.
• Sports: In order to boost the physical & mental health of the students, the Institute has a sports complex at their campus. Moreover, students can play numerous indoor games (Pool, Table-Tennis, Chess, etc.) and outdoor games (Football, Badminton, Cricket, Basketball, and others) at the Institute. Furthermore, an ‘I Feel Fitness’ gym is available with required machines & equipment.
