Noida International University

The Noida International University (NIU) started operations in 2010. The Private University is located at Noida, Uttar Pradesh and is managed by the Maruti Educational Trust.

It is approved by UGC and recognised by NMC, BCI, PCI, NCTE, INC, COA, IAP, Uttar Pradesh State Medical Faculty, and as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (SIRO) under the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Government of India. Moreover, the University is a member of AIU & AACSB, and is accredited by NAAC & NBA.

NIU Noida has over 12 constituent units namely, School of Engineering & Technology, School of Business Management (SBM), School of Law & Legal Affairs, School of Nursing, Noida International Institute of Medical Sciences (NIIMS), etc. At these Schools, more than 75 academic programs are offered to the students at the UG, PG, Doctoral, and Diploma levels.

Admission Process

The application process of the University is completely online. To finish the same successfully, follow the guidelines stated below:

• Visit the official website of the University and press on the ‘Apply Now’ tab.
• Then, provide the requisite details and submit the same to complete the registration process.
• Now, login using the credentials and fill in the fields of the application form.
• Upload the asked documents in the prescribed format.
• Pay the specified application fee.
• Cross-verify the information provided and then submit the form.
• The competent authorities will then verify the submitted form and documents.
• The invited students have to appear for the selection rounds, if applicable.
• Further, the shortlisted students have to pay the prescribed semester / annual fees to reserve their seats.
• At last, an offer / provisional Noida International University admission letter will be issued to the concerned students.

Selection Criteria

To fill the admission seats of various academic programs, the University considers the merit of students in the following:

• Marks in Last Qualifying Examination
• Entrance Test Scores
• Performance in Group Discussion / Personal Interview round, as applicable

* The basis of selection is variable depending on the regulations laid down by the University’s Academic Council and the respective regulatory authorities for the specific academic program.

Reservation Criteria

NIU Noida follows the reservation rules stated by the Government and as per the Institutional policies for admission purposes.

While completing the form for admission at the University, students have to upload the following documents:

• Class 12^th Marksheet / ‘A’ Level Certificate / Other equivalent
• Graduation / Equivalent Marksheet (For PG Courses)
• Transfer / Migration Certificate (If Any)
• Aadhaar Card
• Passport Size Photographs
• Entrance Test Scorecard
• Counselling Letter from CUET (If Applicable)
• Certificate of Equivalence from AIU (If Applicable)

The details for some of the scholarship schemes that are applicable on tuition fees are as follows:

Thakur Pratap Singh Memorial Scholarship

In this scheme, a 100% scholarship is awarded to a limited number of students pursuing UG Degree. To be eligible for this scholarship, students should have obtained at least 95% marks or more in Class 12^th / Intermediate.

Scholarship for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses

Students of the various UG & PG programs are eligible to obtain the scholarship benefits under this category if they fulfil one of the below-tabulated eligibility criteria:

* The aforementioned scholarships schemes are applicable for the 1^st year only. Also, these schemes are not granted to the students enrolled in the 1-year Diploma, Short-Term, Research, Nursing, GNM, and LL.M programs.
