NSB awards Merit-based Scholarships to students who have scored a minimum of 85 or above percentile in exams like CMAT / MAT / XAT / GMAT / ATMA / CAT. The monetary amount is being given to the eligible students.

The placement activity within NSB starts in the third semester where students participate in Pre-Placement activities that help them sharpen their skills such as communication, attitudinal aspect, presentation skills, and aptitude. Personal Interviews, Mock interviews, and Group Discussions assist students in gaining professionalism in their personalities. The faculties of Placement Cell take the students through a well-designed placement procedure to ensure that each of them gets employability skills. Students also get opportunities to work on Projects or Internships for a period of around 3 months which helps them in gaining corporate skills. Guest Lectures are also being organised for students to make them aware of the opinions and experiences of industry experts.
