In the year 2023 Students of Maharishi Markandeshwar Engineering College, Ambala got direct campus placements in top companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, IBM, Tech Mahindra and more.
The college has its placement cell that fulfills its responsibility by providing the relevant skills and knowledge. It works towards making students capable of making their base in the business world. Along with making them a brilliant professional, it also puts the effort in transforming them into good human beings. For fostering overall development, placement cell is in the chase to constantly conduct several activities that keep enhancing personality, innovativeness, and creativity.
Central Placement Cell of the college not only provides students with placement opportunities but also mold their careers in the best possible manner. Starting from Induction, orientation, summer internships, post-placement support, Industrial visits, and Mid Term Projects, the cell works on every aspect. The team is in regular contact with students & alumni towards making the placement system more strong.
Several popular companies that visit the college for placement purpose are NIIT, Asian Paints, ICICI Bank, Lava Mobiles, Vodafone, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, Genpact, Amazon, etc. The highest package offered to the MMCE student was Rs. 18 Lakhs per annum and the average package offered was Rs. 10.8 Lakhs per annum.
