N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025, Mumbai

As many as 20 listed companies from corporate space visited our campus. The placement record for over the years has been over 90% and hopefully will be 100% in time to come. Companies such as Citi Bank, Crisil, TCS, HUL, Zee Media, and ITC were among the top recruiters during our batch. I always wanted to work in the bank and therefore I showed interest in Kotak Bank and garnered a package worth Rs. 9 Lakhs per annum. The average package during our batch was around Rs. 8 lacs per annum and the highest package went to one my friends Rohit who earned a Rs. 14 lakh package with HUL.

However a special mention to our placement cell who guided us throughout on how to crack the interview. 2 months before the teacher got engaged with us and all the students were asked to contact the placement cell of the college. I gave my choices over there and was groomed accordingly for over 1 month. The dividends of which finally paid off as most of us got placed to the desired corporate. It is 100% at least for our stream and since my course was finance working at a brokerage firm or banks was my priority. The college took care of it and placed me at Kotak Securities which took just 2 students from our batch and one was me. There were 6-7 banks and FIIs firms like Nomura and Barclays sent the students directly to their Tokyo office. Not just the students got domestic placements but Dalmia also fetched international placements. The average package was for Rs. 7-8 lakhs and my friends who went to Tokyo grabbed jobs worth INR 25 lakhs and beyond.Read Full Review

I was interested to have a job in bank and thankfully there were 4-5 banks that came for campus placements. I got placed in HDFC and will thank the faculty and placement cell of the college. During final semester I did a 2 months internship with Kotak Securities and all these opportunities were provided by the college. The average pay package then was some 7-8 lakhs which I am sure would have raised by 30 percent for sure. Excluding 4-5 students all got job offer letters.Read Full Review
